The place is beautiful. Staff is great. Amenities are on point the one thing I didnt expect coming from a different state is the smell of the water. Its like sulfur rotten egg smell. From the people I've talked to it's pretty normal but it's in everything my hair, my laundry, washing dishes, everything.

Hi, Thanks for sharing this feedback—we really appreciate your kind words about our team, community, and lovely amenities! We also completely understand your concerns about the water smell—it’s something many new Florida resident's notice. That “rotten egg” or sulfur scent is actually hydrogen sulfide, which is a common issue here in Central Florida, especially in well and aquifer water. It’s generally not harmful at low levels, but it can affect your hair, laundry, dishes—and even the water smell in the shower. You’re absolutely right to note it in everything—hair, laundry, dishes, etc. Luckily, there are practical solutions many residents (including myself and the team!) rely on: Showerhead filters: Affordable, easy to install, and effective. A carbon or KDF filter can noticeably reduce sulfur and hard water minerals—great for hair and skin. Faucet filters: Similar filters can be used under sinks, helping with dishes and drinking water. Whole-house systems: For a more comprehensive fix, consider a whole-home softener or activated-carbon system. These require more investment but handle water issues at the source. Many of us have found shower filters a quick win—swap them every few months for best results. Some residents even go for mid-price whole-house treatments when they’re ready to fully eliminate the scent and feel. We hope that helps. It takes a bit of adjustment, but once you find the right filter setup, the water experience really improves. And of course, feel free to reach out if you’d like recommendations—happy to help! I like how quick maintenance is in fixing the issues i had in my home and i like that it is quiet however some noise every now and again is okay. I liked that people were playing soccer it made the community feel alive when people are having wholesome fun. I wish the fire pit worked i was really disappointed when it wasn’t working.

Very pleasantly surprised with the staff and their accomodations. Plus, unit layout is very nice. Complaints are smoking, lack of cameras in parking lot, theft rates, the gates and people following cars in, the lack of response from community trooper (called once and never heard back even months after leaving voicemail), and parking. The parking situation is awful, and we find ourselves parking across the complex and walking 5-10 minutes to our apartment. We should have assigned parking or parking passes for our cars to determine who lives there and who is a visitor.

I love how attentive and thorough our leasing agent Yvonne was. The move in process was fast and smooth. Everyone was really nice and friendly.
I enjoy living here. Most everyone is very friendly and the staff do try to coordinate events. However, I wish the exterior and corridors of the buildings had better upkeep including pest control which you pay for. In addition, the walls are paper thin and you can hear anyone especially if they blast music. Not the most ideal place to live if you work from home. Somewhat pricey too if you live on a budget. Otherwise, it’s a nice community!

So far my experience living at Ezelle has been incredible, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and a valued resident. I've lived in a couple different communities in the area and Ezelle is by far the best! The way they foster a community amongst the residents is amazing, there's always something to look forward to. This place has been amazing! Everyone is super friendly and super helpful. The apartment complex is very quiet and very clean everyday. I haven’t had much of any issues since I’ve been here and it’s about my month mark in my apartment! I would 11/10 recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Living at Ezelle has been so peaceful! The staff is so nice and are so helpful! I have not had any problems with noise and they fix any troubles immediately!

This is such an incredibly caring community. I was so impressed by how you sent us a card, a cookie, and even some dog treats when my husband was sick. I can't imagine any other complex that would do something like that. When I stop by the office, it feels like I am stopping by to talk to my friends. Kudos to the team, you all are simply amazing!

I have never enjoyed living in a community as much as this one, and I have lived in a number of places. One of the reasons for this is the management team. Excellent is the only word to describe their work This team not only plans events for residents to associate with each other (Taco Tuesday, Brunch, Wind down Wednesdays to name a few). Recently, exercise Fridays have been added. However, once again I need to say that the best aspect of this apartment complex is the management unit!!! The ground team takes great care of the facilities. Always picking up litter, etc. The response team fulfills any situation from an overflow of the toilet to air-conditioning problems, and smile - SMILE no matter what the condition or the circumstances. I know that at some point, this management and facilities team will be promoted for sure. They are too good not to be noticed. However, until that time comes, I will just enjoy!

In my experience I can say that living here in this condominium has been wonderful. Here I find peace and impeccable cleanliness! The leisure area provides us with comfort and beauty. The office service is excellent, always ready to help us.

Brand new apartment building with a great pool entertainment area. The building management and the admin staff ensures everything is always in top shape. They organize lots of social activities with refreshments. Overall, a fantastic place to live close to Disney World.

Living at a Bozzuto community (especially Ezelle) has been unlike any other apartment experience I’ve ever had. They are so community driven and constantly host events, have food vendors, and keep community common places looking amazing - it’s hard not to love the neighborhood! Truly living here has felt more like living with family than living communally and I will always recommend Bozzuto to everyone!

Ezelle has been a great first experience living in an apartment. The staff is very attentive and you can tell that they put in their all to host amazing activities and resolve any issues. I have no complaints on their end. The neighbors can be noisy and drive recklessly around the neighborhood so that is something to be careful about. Apart from that, it is generally quiet and safe.

great place , i like the various activities they have for residents. i just wish the fire alarm is not so sensitive specially near the kitchen but thats the price of safety.

Everyone from the leasing office and the wonderful maintenance team are great to work with if any questions or concerns arise. I’ve had a great experience living here between the community events, amenities, and of course my beautiful apartment!! I wouldn’t trade living here for anywhere else in the Orlando area.

We’ve been living here for 6 months, and it’s been an exceptional experience! This is a new construction, so everything is modern and well-designed. The gym is fantastic – clean, well-equipped, and perfect for staying fit. The picnic area is a highlight, with a barbecue spot and a beautiful lake view, great for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. As dog parents, we appreciate how pet-friendly the community is. They’ve provided dog waste bins with plastic bags, making it easy to keep the area clean. Another great feature is the regular community events held each month, which bring neighbors together in a welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to our leasing agent, Jamie, who’s been helpful and friendly throughout. The maintenance team is outstanding – quick and efficient whenever we’ve submitted a request, which has made our experience even better. The management is responsive overall, and the property is well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!

The apartments are very nice. They are roomy and I love our floor plan with no carpeting. It is a quiet community and the offer to recycle is an extra bonus. We take advantage of the 15 cups of coffee a month from the available machine. I only wish there was a little more parking around my building area.
