expect to be fined when you live here and expect to pay for 17 days when you have to move out the 14th. They would not adjust the rent payment so I will be stuck with paying a full month of rent without even living there. FYI other places in Ann Arbor do NOT do this to tenants.
This properties management team is HORRIBLE. They don’t care about you or your well being. They solely care about money.
