The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Executive House
Management is horrible. They don't communicate anything in a timely manner and they do not fix things correctly at all. They a rude to different people/ current residents for no reasons at all and they like to charge higher rent than advertised and keep raising rent when they feel like it. I've live in this property for over 25 years and when this management took over the property about roughly 4 years ago it got worse than ever before. Don't waste your time trying to rent here or even do the application its not worth it.
I visited the complex with my daughter on Monday, May 8th at 1pm. The leasing agent (I wish I got her name) was soooo unprofessional. If you are on lunch, finish eating before you begin to see prospective clients. You are the face of Executive House. 1) we rang the bell to enter the office, she yells out, “ the door is open” as if she is not at work but at home. I try the door but it was locked. This young lady flings the door open. The door bangs into the wall. She catches the door with her foot and looks at me as if to say “what do you want”. 2) the agent lets us in, walks over to a counter and puts the last piece of her pizza in her mouth. She never once asks how can I help you. I proceed to explain that we would like to view an apt. The attitude emitting from this young lady was horrible. My daughter refused to go any further with this nonsense. If your leasing agent acts like that I feel badly for your residents. Zero stars for this company because of their leasing agent. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Very helpful very nice very professional I just wanted to say thank you once again, keep up the good work
I was just calling to check the status of my application. Its one thing to have an attitude but to show it to potential renters is another. I was told its only been two days since i applied without also advising me how long it typically take for a decision. More training in customer service is highly advisable.
All of the bad reviews are TRUE! Management does a very poor job at maintaining the property and it’s amenities. The office staff are rude, and they often give misleading information. This property has the potential to be nice, it’s just poorly managed. The laundry lounge is the worst! Majority of the washing machines have been broken for several months now and management has made zero attempts to have them repaired. There are 3 working washing machines serving this entire building! I called the office about 3 months ago to find out when they were going to have the machines fixed and I was told that new machines were ordered and they were just waiting for the supplier to have them delivered and installed. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take more than 3 months to deliver/install a few washing machines. The pool is just nasty looking. It’s been closed since 2019. The nets on the tennis courts are broken and falling over. Although it’s nice to have covered parking, the garage is in desperate need of repairs. The walls are badly cracked and water pours in through the cracks even when it isn’t raining. The overwhelming smell of skunk weed and cigarettes frequently flows through the vents in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water in the building is frequently turned off with little to no notice. The AC is a joke! Since they’ve been using the replacement chiller, the AC has not been powerful enough to efficiently cool my unit. You have to be right on top of the AC to feel cool. My advice to anyone looking to move here is to ask for a tour of the amenities first. Go take a look at the laundry room, fitness room, garage, pool and tennis courts before signing that lease agreement. It doesn’t make sense paying luxury price for broken amenities.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT KNOW WHO RUNS THIS PLACE ,NOT EVEN BOTHERING LOOKING INTO THIS SPOT IF I GET NO RETURN CALLS OR EMAIL'S.
