FANTASTIC complex and staff! We moved my grandparents here and the staff did so so much to help us through the process and find the best apartment for them. Bilal (apologies if misspelled) Kelli and Jessica were the dream team for sure! You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and complex. Grounds are spotless, amenities are well maintained and the neighborhood itself is lovely and tucked away.
Office staff are very nice and helpful. Amenities are great for both adults and children.
4/5 because I think they could do more exterior cleaning in the hallways but other than that no real complaints during my 17 mos tenure.

Everyone here is so nice and the property is super clean. The staff is super welcoming and made me feel like I’m right at home. Bilal was super helpful during my moving process. The maintenance guys were on it with any request that I had. Jay welcomed us with such open arms. I’m looking forward to living here! I can’t wait for more events.

I’ve lived at this community for about 2 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents—any time I’ve needed something, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The property itself is always clean and well-maintained. The landscaping looks great year-round, and the shared spaces—especially the saltwater pool, fitness center, and lounge areas—are always in great shape. It really feels like a place designed for people to relax and enjoy where they live. My apartment is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The appliances work well, the finishes feel modern, and I’ve had zero issues with noise or parking. I also appreciate how safe the community feels, both during the day and at night. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into making this a welcoming place for everyone. Overall, I’m genuinely happy to call this place home. The apartments are comfortable, quiet, and situated in a fantastic area. The staff is incredibly friendly and greets you by name every time you see them. The clubhouse offers a range of amenities, including a pool, fitness center, yoga room and on site amenities include a dog park, and Valet Trash service. Additionally, the apartments are conveniently located near the interstate and Bridgeway Station.

If you’re looking for a luxury community. Stop here. Everything is amazing from the decor in the amenity space to the staff. They really care about the residents. The curb appeal is nice. The gym is amazing and so is the pet salon area with the built in vacuum.

Evolve at Homestead is amazing! Beautiful amenities (game room, salt water pool, state of the art fitness center AND yoga room, and the best coffee machine!), stunning and spacious apartments, and a great office staff! not to mention it is in such a convenient location; close to shops, restaurants, and highway access. It truly is luxury living!

The apartments are really modern and brand new! The location is convienent. The new staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the pool and the gym is really nice too. They have a coffee bar in the clubhouse available for residents too.

Sure this property is in a good location. close to Mauldin high school, close to Butler Road, close to Laurens Road. The apartments are nice, your standard build, nothing stands out. It is what you make it. However, the problem is they do NOT have a contract release clause in their agreement. So if you sign the contract and for whatever reason you need to vacate the apartment you are stuck with it no matter what for however long you signed that agreement. This isn't the case with other apartment complexes I've rented from. And that's not the worst part. The worst is the lack of communication. I have had to wait weeks if not a month or more to get a response. I don't have time to call you, or stop by your office. It's 2025. Respond to your emails. I can't say how much I hate dealing with apartment companies and the higher up company that owns them. Even the company that owns Evolve wouldn't respond to my calls or emails. It's all a joke to them. So avoid this place people. We all deserve better than this.
