We love the building, amenities, maintenance staff and front desk. The valet trash service is great, however they are very picky about when they will actually pick up your trash and will leave a note that the bag is ripped when it isn’t. It’s super frustrating to pay for a service yet still have to take your trash out yourself. The package room could be better, as we were victims of theft in there. But huge shoutout to the front office for jumping on it right away and being super helpful! The other things that’s annnoying but is being fixed (thank you guys for your communication always!!) is the parking garage and people without spots parking in there. Overall, the good outweighs the bad by a lot and we love to be here!

I love this location and the amenities. I hosted my family Christmas Party last year in the Clubhouse and it was great. I'm impressed with the new staff who tries to have fun events to help bring the residents together. It is hard to meet the neighbors here. The maintenance staff is efficient, friendly and do a great job! Thank you for making this experience very good for me.

My overall experience here has been great! The community managers are very helpful and are on top of providing their residents with top tier service. The property is beautiful, very well kept and accommodating to specific needs. Everyone has been friendly and have nothing but good things to say. I'm very impressed with the amenities and I feel I am going to love it here. This was the best move I've had.

I was allocated an apartment I wasn’t able to view before being given. I discovered it faces the heat of the sun all day. I complained but was told nothing could be done about it. I suppose I need to endure it for the duration of the lease.

I just moved in on the 16th of this September and so far it has been a wonderful experience!?? From the very beginning, Jessica helped me with the application process, along with Blake and Bridget when needed. All three of them were so helpful and kind. ?? I recall meeting Eric about a year and a half ago while touring the facility, and I remember him as being so helpful and kind as well. I am looking forward to seeing him again. When I first moved in, I had no air conditioning. James and Antwon from the maintenance department were outstanding! They did not stop until the problem was solved. They did what they could in troubleshooting and eventually called in an outside Company for the job. My thermostat was replaced and has been working very well.?? Thank you, Arrive staff for helping me to get settled in.??

Really great staff here, incredibly helpful, moves quick when there are issues. Only reason not a 5 star is because the walls are thin and upstairs neighbors are so loud. But otherwise, we love this complex!!!

The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area close to shops and markets. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to live.

Location is nice. I wish I couldn’t hear my upstairs neighbor so much. Walls are thin. The new amenities fee is ridiculous and so is the garage fee. Used to have to for free when I first moved in and now it’s $75. No thanks.

Apartments and staff are super. Units are not fully furnished in some aspects (ie missing ceiling fans and lights in living/bedrooms) and blinds for the patio doors
