21:00 pm and outdoor social area so loud, I can’t imagine when pool will be open, i couldn’t stay at home and rest quite really so disappointed

I had a pleasant experience living here. The community is clean and very quiet, which I appreciate. However, the neighbors across the street can be quite loud at night, which is a bit disruptive. On the positive side, the amenities are excellent. The gym, study room, and barbecue area are all well-maintained and very clean. Overall, it's a nice place to live with just a minor issue regarding the noise from the nearby neighbors.

EVO is a clean, friendly and convenient place to live. The updated apartments seem even more spacious with the high ceilings and plenty of counter space with a nice stone top.

Definitely luxury apartment, amenities are luxury, but neighborhood wise, not luxury…it’s 12:30am and you hear people outside chilling, with music or going crazy…not family friendly environment here..

Has been great so far and my dog enjoys using the park outside. Can get a little loud outside sometimes but that's not really the apartment's fault.

Clean building, great tenants, no complaints. The gym is ideal and they got a new machine, coffee machine is clutch, good variety. Concierge service almost every night, pool table is fun. Also the walls are pretty sound proof. I play music loudly and nobody has complained.

We moved in recently and we absolutely love this place! Though there were a few minor things about the unit that needed to be adjusted, maintenance took care of them very swiftly and responds within a day. The amenities are great (wish there was a ping pong table) and location is great too. There are many busses nearby that go to Manhattan. So glad we moved here!

It has been very good. The staff are very professional and helpful. The valet and package pick is an added pleasure at Evo. The special activities such as movie night are a excellent opportunity to meet fellow residents

Moving to the apartment experience was easy with elevator access to certain hours, but inside apartment required extreme deep cleaning everywhere (animal fur everywhere!!) Other than that, love the mail room access where it’s kept protected with amenities included in rent, worth it

Great place to live, quiet, and quite enjoyable. There is swimming pool, gym, grilling, pool table, pet property outside, outside sitting, and much more! People are nice and so are the pets. The people who work here are caring, respectful, and professional. Movie, Bingo, Coffee, and other stuff to do here and around Englewood, NJ. Come and join us, you won't regret it. Luxury, fun, and relaxation is for you and yours to enjoy!

We just renewed our lease and we are happy to stay. Staff are very friendly and the amenities are great, especially the pool and office space.

Not great. The apt itself is nice but the rest not so much. The garbage rooms are overrun. The carpets are never vacuumed. There is no added value for the rent increase

The community and the workers are very attentive. For example, the staff sent an email notifying residents of the new parking signs. This helped to prevent tickets.

The leasing staff Risa and Danielle has been very helpful. I’m in the process of applying and they have been very accommodating. Set move in date. Risa even helped with rental furniture since it’s short term rental. Excellent service

I've loved living here! The staff is very friendly and always responds quickly. The apartment is well designed with nice finishings (soft closing cabinets, lots of quartz coutertop space, USB compatible outlets, stainless steel appliances, etc). It's also well insulated - next to no noise from neighbors and we barely had to turn on the heater during the winter. Common areas are always nice and clean too! Only downsides I can think of are that it's hard to see oncoming cars when driving in/out of the parking garage (could be easily fixed if traffic mirrors were installed in the garage) and the water pressure/max hot water setting in the shower is a little low for my liking. Still, it's been absolutely amazing living here!
