A evenly on 401 you can enjoy a quiet place to enjoy a pool ,a great gym grill, pool table and nice appliances and a great staff to help with problems

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Everly on 401! The amenities are top-notch—from the resort-style pool and modern fitness center to the cozy clubhouse and pet-friendly spaces. Everything is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make life easier and more enjoyable. The staff is truly what sets this place apart. Everyone is extremely nice, professional, and efficient. Any time I’ve needed help or had a question, they’ve responded quickly and with a great attitude. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend Everly on 401!
Beautiful community to live and safe space for children.
The apartment complex is kept clean, it’s well lit at night. For the most part, people are friendly and considerate the main and big issue is the parking even though you pay to live here you are not guaranteed a parking spot near your apartment. Sometimes you will have to walk a block or two, which is not ideal if you have small children, an infant in a car seat, or carrying groceries.
Beautiful properties, amenities but expensive considering Raleigh minimum wage. Just make sure you have a good paying job or at least two jobs. High late fees charge and will be file eviction notice if you are more than 15 days late.

Es un buen lugar para vivir, muy tranquilo y seguro. No hemos tenido problemas hasta el momento con ningún vecino y en administración fueron amables con nosotros. Los espacios comunes están disponibles y hay un amplio espacio de estacionamiento.
Es un lugar estupendo para vivir, tranquilidad y todos los servicios no te preocupas por nada! Ellos lo hacen todo posible y incluso solo con tu pasaporte!

Staff in the office are always helpful, shout out to Dodge and Raven especially. Whenever there is a problem I can always count on them to assist with help and professionalism. Maintenance is also efficient and fast at responding to any issues.
Staff is great, apartment is great... I will renew but I just expected a better atmosphere of tenants. Sometimes I just do not feel safe.
Horrible place to live.You can hear all the noise from outside, smoke free apartments but the smell of weed is very often outside and in the hallways

I have been renting at Everly for 2 weeks now and I am enjoying it. The area is accessible to many stores and highways. I wish the access to the pool and gym were a little sooner.
