I have been a resident of Everleigh for almost 4 years & I love it here. It’s a place where we look out for one another and offer help if needed. There are an amazing amount of activities to be involved in daily as well as service projects from time to time. I love the feeling that I am safe here. And if I have an issue in my apartment, our maintenance team is spot on to help. These buildings are well taken care of by our amazing staff and are always open to hear how things are going for you as well as listening to any concerns you may have. And they have offered and engaged us in some pretty amazing events too! You can be as involved as you want and be a part of a great community.
I have signed multiple leases and have been a resident since Feb 2020. In house maintenance is one of the top reasons why I remain.
I love living at Everleigh. The neighbors are friendly & the staff are also friendly & very helpful. If anything in your apartment needs attention, our maintenance team is amazing. Things get taken care of here quickly! It’s a very safe place to live & everyone looks out for one another. There are so many activities to choose from as well as possibilities to host your own family or friends’ events. Been here 4 years & I keep renewing my lease!!

I love The manager of this property. She ( Irrum ) in Naperville is wonderful, kind always says hi and always asks if there is anything she can do to make my stay here memorable. I find from management down they cannot be more helpful to everyone. I would not move except we are on a fixed budget social security and cannot afford the big increases that they can put on the rent. Disability social security only gives a 2.5 percent a year increase.If we get one at all. That is the only reason why I went and bought a house so I wouldn’t have increases so high every year. If it wasn’t for that I would be a live long resident. I love all of management to maintenance and down to housekeeping. Management Ms Irrum runs a great place to call home.

After no longer being able to stay in my current home, living at Everleigh has made my life much easier. There are numerous options & opportunities to socialize & learn new things. Having the maintenance team we have, gives us the knowledge that we won’t need to hire someone outside of our home. Our buildings are kept in order inside & out. Our GreyStar Management Team is always offering new events for us as well as attending to our apt. issues if there are any. There are always attentive to any concerns we may have. All of this makes it very easy to live here.

Everleigh is a wonderful place for seniors to live. There are numerous activities and exercise classes and breakfast Monday through Friday.. Staff is awesome and very helpful. I am so glad I chose to live here.

Everleigh is a great place to live. The lobby feels like you’re at a resort or hotel. It’s a beautiful place with a fantastic great room and bistro. The hallways are wide and decorated with nice artwork. You can walk through the entire buildings without going outside. The storage facility and indoor garage are a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly. It’s more than just an apartment complex. We are happy we found Everleigh Naperville. It made it easier to transition from our 5 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment.

I have lived at Everleigh (formerly Avenida,) for 4.5 years. I moved here from southern Indiana. The sense of community here is incredible. It is not just the beautiful surroundings that make you feel as though you are living at a resort, it is the people that really make the community. Many people are from other areas and they are reach out to make friends. Everleigh is fun. The staff makes it fun also. They are all great people who take a genuine interest in the residents. There are so many opportunities for interaction and many opportunities to make friendships. I will be here for a long time to come!

I moved here almost a year ago & loved it immediately. I still like it very much but am disappointed that the management and/or the corporation that owns Everleigh (Greystar) seems to be cutting back on amenities, little by little, while simultaneously raising our rent. It gets rather annoying.
You will find a precious “village” atmosphere at the Everleigh, Naperville, not found in other apartment complexes. The residents and staff care about each other. I have searched for a home in a village atmosphere for six years!!!
I could not have picked a better place to live. Everyone is so kind and everyone looks out for each other. We are community not just a rental.
Building opened early 2020. After 3 years renting, here is my update. Things are starting to literally fall apart. Great Room ceiling tiles have fallen down. Entry/Exit doors don't always open/close properly posing safety and security risks.. we still do not have outside security cameras. 4 year old appliances have started to need repairs and even replacements. Our local management and maintenance teams are doing everything they can, but when the landlord is a big guy, Greystar, staff must follow budget. Rents are determined by AI algorithms. Utilities have increased because we now share the cost of paying common usage gas,water and trash. Keep in mind, most apartments have one or two residents. Average age here approaching 80. Residents are respectful of quiet hours.
I am very happy here. I can step out of my apartment and walk safely all year. That’s why I chose Everleigh. I love the classes that have a professional instructor ie:Tai Chi and Yoga. I ride the bike everyday for one mile and walk 2 miles. If I am to live into my 90’s, I plan to be healthy.

It’s not only the beautiful surroundings, apartment and shared spaces, it is the people that make Everleigh so great. The staff and the residents have really created a close knit community. There is always something fun going on here and friends to visit! After 4 years here I am still enjoying the people!

Everleigh is a suitable place to reside in for those who are older than 60 years. It is comfortable, has the feel of one’s own home environment, easy to meet people that could lead to friendships, has a number of activities that suits almost all residents. The staff are all professionally competent, solve problems in a calm and easy manner, quick to help and please. It is a safe place, beautiful grounds and peaceful.
I moved here because you offer so many great activities. I have found staff and Residents to be very helpful and friendly.
Everleigh Naperville is a pleasant and comfortable place to live. In entering the lobby, you don’t feel like this a an apartment complex but more a “hotel” like atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the residents are all smiles and welcoming. The amenities are great and are applicable to the active senior living environment, from gym programs, game room, theater like room, pool, outdoor grills to name a few. It’s a nice place to live.

If you want to live in a friendly community, the place to rent is Everlleigh in Naperville. It is not like other apartment buildings this is a community that cares about one another.
