Everleigh Naperville has been my home for 5 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else

I shopped a number of active adult living sites in the area and beyond. I highly recommend this one. It is beautiful and has an excellent management team.

After no longer being able to stay in my current home, living at Everleigh has made my life much easier. There are numerous options & opportunities to socialize & learn new things. Having the maintenance team we have, gives us the knowledge that we won’t need to hire someone outside of our home. Our buildings are kept in order inside & out. Our GreyStar Management Team is always offering new events for us as well as attending to our apt. issues if there are any. There are always attentive to any concerns we may have. All of this makes it very easy to live here.

Best thing about Everleigh Naperville are the residents, and the staff! It truly is a welcoming community. I enjoy how quiet it gets at night. No loud families, blasting music or rude neighbors.

Everleigh provides security, companionship, and a location that is close to downtown Naperville.

Everleigh is a wonderful place for seniors to live. There are numerous activities and exercise classes and breakfast Monday through Friday.. Staff is awesome and very helpful. I am so glad I chose to live here.

Everleigh is a caring village where everyone is welcome! You can join many activities or not- up to you. A greeting or a smile as you pass in the hall, a personal invitation to join a board game or patience as you learn the game. It is all here. I’m so happy that I found this lovely place!

I have personally recommended Everleigh to people who are looking for this type of community. There is a bond between the residents here and the community is extremely supportive. People are here to make friends. The activities offered and the opportunities to socialize with warm and friendly people is invaluable. I personally have made many friends here at Everleigh. I am the oldest person at the community and have found it to be a warm and inclusive place to live. We have fun here!

Even though this is apartment living, it’s not like a regular apartment. It’s like a family. I have lots of friends we look out for each other, You can choose to stay in your apartment or join the many activities with other tenants.??

Everleigh Naperville is a very pleasant place to live. The living facilities are great and well kept. The people complete the pleasantries of living here. It’s a nice community.

People are always friendly. I’ve had a number of residents offer help to me if I had an overload of groceries or was struggling with something I was trying to get down the hall.

My experience with the maintenance group and the entire staff is awesome. You couldn’t find anyone better. Love them all and may they all have a very blessed year ahead.

Everleigh is a great place to live. The lobby feels like you’re at a resort or hotel. It’s a beautiful place with a fantastic great room and bistro. The hallways are wide and decorated with nice artwork. You can walk through the entire buildings without going outside. The storage facility and indoor garage are a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly. It’s more than just an apartment complex. We are happy we found Everleigh Naperville. It made it easier to transition from our 5 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment.

I signed my fourth lease at Everleigh due to the quality of the in-house maintenance.

I am so happy I live here because It is more than an apartment building. It is a community with wonderful staff and friendly people.

I have lived at Everleigh (formerly Avenida,) for 4.5 years. I moved here from southern Indiana. The sense of community here is incredible. It is not just the beautiful surroundings that make you feel as though you are living at a resort, it is the people that really make the community. Many people are from other areas and they are reach out to make friends. Everleigh is fun. The staff makes it fun also. They are all great people who take a genuine interest in the residents. There are so many opportunities for interaction and many opportunities to make friendships. I will be here for a long time to come!

My experience with Everleigh Naperville is good. I have no complaints

I moved here almost a year ago & loved it immediately. I still like it very much but am disappointed that the management and/or the corporation that owns Everleigh (Greystar) seems to be cutting back on amenities, little by little, while simultaneously raising our rent. It gets rather annoying.

You will find a precious “village” atmosphere at the Everleigh, Naperville, not found in other apartment complexes. The residents and staff care about each other. I have searched for a home in a village atmosphere for six years!!!

I could not have picked a better place to live. Everyone is so kind and everyone looks out for each other. We are community not just a rental.

Building opened early 2020. After 3 years renting, here is my update. Things are starting to literally fall apart. Great Room ceiling tiles have fallen down. Entry/Exit doors don't always open/close properly posing safety and security risks.. we still do not have outside security cameras. 4 year old appliances have started to need repairs and even replacements. Our local management and maintenance teams are doing everything they can, but when the landlord is a big guy, Greystar, staff must follow budget. Rents are determined by AI algorithms. Utilities have increased because we now share the cost of paying common usage gas,water and trash. Keep in mind, most apartments have one or two residents. Average age here approaching 80. Rents increase without any thought of our population being mostly fixed income. Majority single women. Great place to find fun, friendship, support and activities. Residents are respectful of quiet hours.

I am very happy here. I can step out of my apartment and walk safely all year. That’s why I chose Everleigh. I love the classes that have a professional instructor ie:Tai Chi and Yoga. I ride the bike everyday for one mile and walk 2 miles. If I am to live into my 90’s, I plan to be healthy.

Living at Everleigh is wonderful. Friends and many opportunities available. Love it here.

It’s not only the beautiful surroundings, apartment and shared spaces, it is the people that make Everleigh so great. The staff and the residents have really created a close knit community. There is always something fun going on here and friends to visit! After 4 years here I am still enjoying the people!

Everleigh is a suitable place to reside in for those who are older than 60 years. It is comfortable, has the feel of one’s own home environment, easy to meet people that could lead to friendships, has a number of activities that suits almost all residents. The staff are all professionally competent, solve problems in a calm and easy manner, quick to help and please. It is a safe place, beautiful grounds and peaceful.

Everleigh Naperville is a pleasant and comfortable place to live. In entering the lobby, you don’t feel like this a an apartment complex but more a “hotel” like atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the residents are all smiles and welcoming. The amenities are great and are applicable to the active senior living environment, from gym programs, game room, theater like room, pool, outdoor grills to name a few. It’s a nice place to live.

Very family type atmosphere. Any maintenance request is promptly done.

If you want to live in a friendly community, the place to rent is Everlleigh in Naperville. It is not like other apartment buildings this is a community that cares about one another.

Everleigh Naperville is in a fantastic location in Naperville. Close to downtown, close to the tollway, and close to shopping. There is a park across the street and beautiful neighborhoods to walk through. This is the perfect spot!

We are going on our 3rd year living here and have made great friends. The staff has been very helpful and I am grateful for the opportunity to work in the on-site workshop.

The staff are most courteous and kind, the neighbors are too. Everleigh is a place you can have lots of privacy, or enjoy lots of their endless amenities with your neighbors

Outstanding facility and staff. Our manager is an award winner and one of the best. We have 47 activities scheduled this week. Something for everyone every day. Why I stay? In house maintenance. You put in a request on the portal, and someone usually comes the same day. The outside landscaping appearance and maintenance is perfect. Contract services for everything from the pool to snow removal keeps everything in tip top shape.

The building is new and in very good shape and very clean. The residents are very friendly. Also they have many activities if you choose to participate.

After selling or home we moved here on 9/1. Better experience than we expected. Staff is great and we have recommended Everleigh to several of our friends. We are very comfortable here.

Everleigh is a beautiful building inside. I love the art work and the furnishings inside and out. The residents are very friendly and the management accommodating. My apartment has very nice appliances and plenty of storage space. There are a variety of activities to suit residents different interests.

When you move into Everleigh you will feel like you moved into a resort and a family. It is not your typical apartment building.Lots of opportunities to mingle with other residents. and lots of activities. As soon as you enter the front door you will feel the warmth and welcome.

The building is kept very clean. The staff is friendly but I don’t feel a cohesion in their various responsibilities. It’s difficult as a new resident to know who to contact for the applications that are necessary to be in the know as to keeping up with events, activities, updates, etc. Nobody likes to be redirected a time or two…..we get enough of that calling the bank, utilities, insurance companies and every other company which uses voice prompts.

Management is always, helpful, friendly and available!

This community here at Everleigh is one of the finest anywhere! I am impressed with the amenities and at awe with the continuing efforts to keep the schedule of activities very inclusive. Something for everyone to enjoy.
