I love where I live and have had no real issues. Oz, our maintenance guy, and the entire staff are superb. Our crew is friendly and seems to care, with an open-door policy, which is very appreciated. They have spoiled us for sure!
Everleigh Lakeline has numerous activities that you may choose to participate in. The staff are friendly and responsive. The environment is great.
We love it here. We have been here a year and have met some wonderful people. The admin staff are great.

This is a unique facility for seniors and we have been enjoying living here since its inception. The complex is very centrally situated. The management is extremely coopetative and supporting. Technical maintenance team is very competent. The community is enjoyable and caring.

I enjoy 75% of my experience at Everleigh which keeps me here. I’ve lived here over four years. I love the hotel feel of the inside of the building. I enjoy the amenities and the other residents are terrific and make it a home. 3rd management team, slow repairs, dead trees not removed or replaced grass, mud, etc. Took 3 years to fix door fob issues. Gates are often a problem. Poor quality construction has caused major issues for maintenance. We care about our community and like our team reason we put up with issues we should not have to.

No visitor parking is a real problem for attempting to rent apartments here. There were three visitor places to park, but the staff reserved them for themselves.

Everleigh is a wonderful place to live. My apartment is designed perfectly to fit my needs. And we have a wonderful dog park for our doggies! There are activities to keep me busy where I can interact with other people. Plus building design is great - halls are wide and bright!

Staff are excellent. Moving in wasn’t smooth but we got it done. I enjoy attending activities they offer. Haven’t tried the movie night yet but it’s definitely next on my list.

My first impression was the enthusiasm of the staff, including management. The residents are super friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice. Maintenance is extremely quick to handle any requests.

Everleigh Lakeline is a fairly nice place to live. There are many activities and perks for residents. I would only caution that anyone who has disabilities understand that it is not ADA compliant regarding entrance doors. They are hard to open. Greystar is now installing a couple more ramps for those with disabilities and maybe compliance will come as more with people with disabilities live here, but as of now, I would not recommend it unless you are completely an active person.

The best apt complex in Austin because of the staff, maintenance, facilities, activities, the layout of the apt itself, and the cost of living here. They will have to drag me out of here screaming and kicking!!!
