Formerly known as Stapleton, Central Park sits just eight miles east of Downtown Denver. The rent was constantly rising for a one bedroom apartment, the residents did not cleanup after their pets, no real benefits for the resident from the day I movies in until I left.

I have a very nice apartment and the entire Everleigh community is warm and welcoming. There is a full slate of activities and we are in walking distance of a town center with a grocery store, library, and several restaurants. It’s a great place to live.

After living all my life in another state, I did not know what to expect when I moved to Denver to live close to my son. From the time I moved into Everleigh I have felt at home with management and residents. I love my quiet one bedroom apartment with a great kitchen, pantry with many shelves plus a washer and dryer, bathroom with shower, and a large walk-in closet.

Everleigh is a shining star in todays world Management is very responsive to any problems that a resident may have. Maintenance is both very competent in Repairs and very professional. In today’s world the Everleigh is a shining star ( island ) in a vast sea of “ just doing the minimum. Keep up the great work !!

Living at Everleigh is easy and convenient. Access to local parks local retailers. The neighborhood is great. The management team here is awesome and pleasant and easy to talk to. It is a nice place to live in.

Just the place for us. We are in our 70s and needed more social interaction. The other tenants sell this place extremely well. Very enthusiastic and now we are too. Staff is great. A very easy experience to move in and then enjoy.

From the first moment I walked through the door and was shown around the facility, I felt at home. Every community area and apartment I viewed was so clean! That was one of my biggest concerns. You can tell a lot about a place by the care it is given. The feel of the facility and apartment are comfortable and inviting. The team are all so welcoming and helpful.
