Pretty clean place being its brand new. Lots of space for those with dogs. Horrible numbering system. Be prepared for missing mail, missing deliveries, and people ripping the community sign down in frustration. Plus nothing is lit to help deliveries.

The property is very attractive, well maintained, quiet and filled with friendly folks. The staff are helpful and attentive and maintenance is responsive and effective. The deposited is low which is nice. Floors are great, appliances are top notch, kitchen is great to cook in, the whole place is great with natural light and easy to breath in because of the tall ceilings. Management was very helpful to us, working hard to make sure we had all I questions answered and our needs met as much as possible. They were dedicated to helping us find a home here and we are very grateful to Michelle and Danielle. Excited to see how life treats us here!

We are extremely happy living in Evergreen Village. Our townhouse is really spacious, modern, and comfortable; our neighbors are really kind and warm, and the management is very effective, welcoming, and supportive. It feels like living in a small town with all the perks of being in a metropolitan area. Also, the neighborhood is really kid and family friendly, and really safe; our baby loves to play outside and we enjoy interacting with our fantastic neighbors. We moved with the idea of renting for a while and then purchase a house in town at some point; but we are so comfortable and happy, and life is so easy here, that we don't feel any pressure to buy a house any time soon. We would be extremely happy to stay for a few years.

This property has beautiful gorgeous apartments but dont expect any timely communication from their front office staff. If you don't mind being on your own for timely maintenance in a large apartment community, this is the location for you.

Location - nested in a higher socioeconomic area, built on land that used to be part of a golf course, surrounded by include new single-family homes and retired communities, isolated and away from commercial plazas/establishments. As of 2021, still constructions going on so noise may be an issue for some. Amenities - gym/pool/study/common area available and the online reservation is user-friendly. Appreciate the high public safety standards from management related to COVID safety, hopeful that will continue even when this pandemic will have become a thing of the past. Unit features - tall 9-foot ceiling and open space design , appreciate contemporary mix of carpet and non-carpet flooring (though flooring is vinyl/linoleum), great kitchen island feature , large windows thoughtfully placed for airflow and light penetration, AC i in-wall heaters in almost will sustain us during extreme temps as continue toward worsening climate change. Parking - The less communal-minded individuals may find first come first serve parking model an difficult adjustment (no parking fee though!). May be a challenge as the number of residents/buildings increase. Keep that in mind. Community - so far, neighbors are nice and friendly, keep to themselves, and interactions are cordial and courteous. Lots of dogs, big and small, though the former may be contrary to lease agreement limitations. Highly stringent and no-exception smoking policy anywhere within property line, and this is an absolute best expectation I have seen from a property management. Management - works in progress. As of 2021, knowledge and expertise of the property office personnel is spotty, but hopeful they will only become stronger with time, assuming low turnover . Huge property size means slower response from maintenance for non-urgent issues (which can be surprising that one may need for such a new complex) - urgent maintenance issues were dealt with in a very timely manner, however. Online Resident Portal takes most of the work out of rent payment, submitting inquiries, etc., still some kink to be worked out. Evergreen Village at Delta Ridge as a property itself has a good foundation for higher-end apartment living (though I wouldn't consider it luxury). It is still an apartment complex, so it will still come with challenges of living as renters. So live comfortably, but not too comfortable - I know I am, for the time being.

Come to Evergreen Village at Delta Ridge, where you get quartz countertops, but the countertop is not connected to the sink! We have all the show and none of the substance.

After being a homeowner for 25 years I was reluctant to move into an apartment, but living at Evergreen Village has been wonderful! The staff is friendly and kind and my neighbors are fantastic! I love living in a new townhouse and am looking forward to warmer weather when the pool and outdoor areas open up again.

Evergreen Village is a pet friendly apartment complex with a variety of units, one of which met our needs very well. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The apartments are well appointed with appliances. The facility has many conveniences and is well maintained. It's been a good experience for us so far, we would recommend Evergreen Village, especially to those who own dogs.

Location, location, location...comfort, security, respect from neighbors especially during "trying times" with COvid and situated in a beautiful place close to the river's edge, lots of migrating birds...in fact, the other day as I sat out on the deck early day a fox roamed by on the golfcourse side. So let's include a peaceful place. And being up in age, there exists very good walking opportunites in close proximity to the property, also bike riding easy access along the "River Trail" and all the shopping needs just down the road. So lets had convenience as an added value the location. So all-in-all, it has everything to make it an enjoyable experience. We moved here "temporarily", as we were always home owners and did not know how this type of living would suit our desires. It has worked well and we may extend the lease as we find no big rush to move to another place, it gives us time to find a place without the worry. So for us, it has worked beyond our expectations and thank the dedicated management for this.
