No complaints, maintenance was always speedy. Got my entire security deposit back. Nice people.
Called to ask to see an apartment and rudely told they do not do that. She said that there were no apartments available even though this website says ones are coming open. We were told that all we could do was go online and get on the wait list. Right on the premier real estate management site it says to call, set up a private showing and if ot goes well you will be given a application. I hope the company knows they are paying this lady to be rude, not do her job and drive people away. Seems like they are fine withvthis!! Good job!
Great staff and always willing to go the extra mile to help you, quiet and peaceful and yet withing a distance to everything with a short drive , pet friendly was a selling point for us
I lived here for about a year. The manager and maintenance are great. I loved the style of the apartment. You can come in from your garage without ever going outside, which is nice in winter. The only complaint is you can hear your neighbors and their garages opening and closing from your apartment. Other than that it was great. Very easy to deal with in move out which had not been my experience previously. I'd live here again!
We are looking for a three bedroom. We went there to talk to the manager and she was rude. She told us that she has nothing open. On the wed site there is an opening for a three bedroom. We said that there was one on the wed site. She said vary rudely that we are we wrong. To this day it is still on the wed site. She all so never answers the phone. That was why we went in to talk.
I left two messages on the emergency line twice and the management line once and still no one has returned a call or gotten back to me. Since the first message, it has been over 18 hours and still no one has returned my call. My first winter here, there was a big snow storm. It took them over 24 hours before they cleared the snow. I lost a day of work because they had not removed snow for over 24 hours since the storm passed. I called several times both the apartment complex and main office asking for an update for some indication as to what was going on. I am still waiting for the return on those calls. I had a washing machine break. It took them over a week to fix it. During the winter, I have to use my garage to enter the apartment because they do not shovel the walkways. The apartments are new. The location is good. The appliances look nice but are cheap. The hot water heater is to small. Living here is great until you need something fixed, or taken care of. If a snow storm hits, don't expect the snow to be removed within 24 hours of it ending so don't expect to get to work. If your washing machine breaks do not expect to do laundry for over week. If you do not have hot water, do not expect to take a hot shower for a least two days.
We love it here. The building are new, we have full size washers and dryers, and the management staff treats you respectfully and professionally. They just barely finished landscaping and the place looks great. 10-20 minute drive from every thing you could ever need. Nice and spaced out.
When I first moved in, I thought the complex was sort of in the middle of nowhere.. but now I love it! 10-15 minute drive to the mall or downtown. great restaurants nearby. GREAT PLACE TO HAVE A DOG! 5 minute walk to the trail and a less than 5 minute drive to the dog park! The walls are a bit thin.. you can hear you neighbors talking at times and the garages are a bit small to have 2 cars and storage, but otherwise it's a great place and the landlord Sean takes care of any issue you may have ASAP. I recommend it if you are looking for a place in the Appleton area.
