Eton at Warner Center

Nicole has created a wonderful experience for me from the day I received a tour thru move in date and now as a current tenant. In addition to the great customer service, the building has very nice amenities and is well maintained. Highly recommend Eton!

It’s been nice living here. The apartment is always kept clean and maintained. Also Yesenia in the leasing office is super helpful and nice. The maintence team is awesome as well, they get the work done quick.

I toured the property at Eton at Warner Center this past weekend with Yessenia, and was quite amazed with the amenities this community had to offer. I took a peak inside a 1BR. Felt very home like and made me want to move right in. Giovanni, the manager came to greet me after our conversation was so pleasant and an impressive attitude from them both. I’ve toured a few complexes before but these two made it more enjoyable. I thank you for your time and will reach back out very soon! Thank you.

I've lived here for 2 years and still live here. The building is fine, but the staff is the problem. The do not fix issues and allow problems to persist, like multiple break-ins. I've even had homeless people sitting outside of my door with no security to be found. Another example, is that the fire alarm has gone off 50 times at least since they bought the property and they do nothing about it. It is not worth it - there are a dozen new buildings in the area that are newer and have better staff. It really cannot get worse.

This property is excellent and has great maintenance.

Recently toured at Eton and fell in love with the place. Leasing agents were informative and answered all of my questions. I especially loved that the property was really clean and so peaceful.

I just moved in a month and a half ago, and toured with the last available amenities it had (not bad at all). Now that I live here I have grown ever so excited about the New amenities that are coming about at the property. The staff is great at informing us of upcoming Resident events and I absolutely love the Food truck emails that are sent early in the week for the current food truck and Menu. Today I received the most amazing email that our New Gym will be available a week from today and I am super excited to see the turn out! I am glad I made the choice to live here and can't thank the amazing office staff and maintenance for all they do! Keep up the great work!

My boyfriend and I had to move due to work. We started looking for apartments around Woodland Hills and we got in touch with Gretel from Eaton Warner Center through apartments.com. It didn't matter how many other places we already looked at, and how many agents we spoke to, we clicked instantly with her charisma, professionalism and excellent customer service skills. She was able to show us the apartment via video call since we were out of the state, she went far and beyond with all of our requests, even if she didn't know the answers to our questions she did the research and followed up with us. By the time we came back to California, we did an in-person tour with her and met the other people from the on-site office. Everyone is very friendly and they always have a smile on their face each time you visit. It made us want to move in seeing how friendly everyone was and how well maintained the building is. We finally applied and moved in, we met Fernando who was very welcoming and did a great job with the maintenance of the apartment. Yessenia was also very nice and friendly, she explained all the details about the keys and key fobs while walking us to the apartment. The common areas are currently being renovated, you can tell that they are committed to finishing as quickly as possible. The construction is well organized and you notice the progress being made each week, the renderings look amazing! We can't wait to see it finish, that way we get to enjoy the common areas :) THANK YOU for everything Eton Warner Center team!

I am looking to move back to my home town and am looking for a place I could call home for my daughter and I. I am really impressed with the management team. They are very professional and accommodating. I was very impressed with the staff and how beautiful the property was. I had a wonderful feeling when I left. This property is at the top of my list and I will definitely be applying.

Yessenia and Gio are so helpful and polite. Ever since they have taken over, the building has improved so much. I will be renewing my lease because of this. I was NOT happy at all with the previous management. No more graffiti, homeless & crackheads running around the building. Thank you & please keep it up.

I have been on many tours of trying to find my new place…some were ok and all but this place was beautiful. The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable. We’re able to answer all my questions with no hesitations. The place is under going somewhere new modifications and they are just ??! High key recommend, so close to everything.

This property has changed so much in less than a year and the new management is building a game room, reconstructing the gym area and expanding it and just investing good money for us residents to be happy. Had some concerns before but now I know things will get better! Thank you Wood Residential!

I called and inquired about renting an apartment and to get information regarding the property and I had a lot of questions. The leasing agent was very pleasant and thorough. He took time to answer all my questions in great detail. He explained the property amenities, the move in procedure , features of the unit and what was included plus all my other questions!! I so appreciate his time and professionalism and making me feel like a valued prospected resident and future resident.

The management ignores all our claims, don't respect tenants, don't value even those who live here several years. Just doing business. They ordering a food-track and parked it just under residential windows and don't care about tenants who can't sleep and breath because of smog and noise. Not recommend at all. Not comfortable life. Can't wait when I can move out from here.

They claim these are luxury apartments, but they are not. They are ordinary apartments. Things like the bathroom and kitchen faucets and fixtures are cheap quality. The floor plans may look cute, but they are not really well designed - the angles make it hard to place furniture well, so you end up with wasted space or tight fits. The pool is not relaxing - it's usually dominated by families with screaming kids, or by adults who also tend to shout and scream. Whatever you do, don't get an apartment overlooking the pool. Also, note that this is Canoga Park, not Woodland Hills. I don't care about CP vs. WH as much as some do, but it should be described honestly. Fortunately, we are in a section of the building that is usually not too noisy, but we can sometimes here loud noises from upstairs - the ceilings are thin, and you will hear it when people move furniture or walk heavily. All in all, I wouldn't live here again.

This is not a luxury living experience. Nobody has any respect for te community, leaving trash everywhere and not picking up after their pets. We commonly smell feces from our balcony because of it. There seems to be a different manager here every single year and this past year, every few months it was someone different. The last manager left and since then nobody has been announced. The grounds are kept as nice as possible from the hardworking maintenance team. They are the only good thing here. The assistant manager is unprofessional, and rude with an unwarranted sense of superiority. The front office is almost always deserted as the staff are in the back office chatting away (which is audible as you stand and wait by the door). My packages have been "lost" from their back office and not even a sympathetic apology could be extended. When the office staff decides to be out to help you, there's an overwhelming sense of apathy and condescension from him. We were in a tight spot between job transfers so decided to renew but we absolutely cannot wait to move out. Their amenity of Sunday brunch is enough to feed 25 people when there's like 350 units here. Overrated entirely.

The expense we are referring to is not monetary. There is an alarming staff and service issue at this community. I left my roommate situation to join up with my family for a short term lease here. Having lived next door at AMLI for almost 2 years, I already knew what to expect with the area in general, which I will confirm is in fact Canoga Park with a right to claim Woodland Hills. What does this mean? Coming from Orange, I know what it's like to be the butt of a series of city names, but Canoga Park has a rich history of crime, riff raff, and just overall a very very poor sense of regard for others. My bicycle was stolen twice. While I understand that could've happened anywhere, it's the manner in which the staff had these hard conversations that is terrible. The guy that sits in the front will right off the bat offer a very empty gaze as you explain that your things were stolen and you were hoping for a camera review. He goes on to mechanically recite liability law in that they are not responsible for theft and that reviewing can 'take a lot of time' and that he wasn't sure what his day looked like with appointments. I get it, we don't *really* matter to you, but would it kill you to not make it so obvious? You hope it might get better a level up when you return on a different occasion and ask about a wrongful charge and ask to speak with Management, at which point you get the Assistant Manager. She comes out and actually has some semblance of being an actual listening person. What that turned into was a melodramatic harangue about how she has a daughter and how unfair it would be to treat any resident with more attention than another and that she could get fired for even having such a conversation, etc. I was astonished. What the heck was she talking about? It advanced to her point blank saying she refuses to start her day with my problems and that we're all adults here. To be honest, it took all day to really chew and swallow the conversation I just had with the management at an upscale venu. The ignorance you have to swallow in conversing with someone that is supposedly in a position to help you is beyond my understanding. Asking around my floor, I'm told there isn't even a manager beyond the assistant and that its been that way for several months. While we really enjoyed the modern finishes and good maintenance here, those interactions put the sour in our milk for good. We finished our lease and moved to Triana.

There is so much wrong with this image. The most important one is that they claim the city is Woodland hills, IT'S NOT. I don't know how they lie about his. The zip code belongs to Canoga Park (91303). They even lie as far as printing it on their business card. Rental values in Canoga Park is much cheaper than Woodland Hills, they like to collect Woodland Hills rental for Canoga Park property. Staff has limited knowledge about real estate laws and regulation. Pet's are free and they can pop anywhere within the building. It was brought to management's attention and he said " we are not able to control people's behavior, it's their responsibility if they break the law we are not responsible". I had to witness a dog attacked a kid and was not able to locate any security. The owner so drunk, he was out of control. Next day I went to leasing office to notify them. I was told that they don't care. Just like that. I think you should know what you are getting into before signing any documents.

I've being living here for more than a year now with no major problems. On the positive side, the apartment complex is of nice quality and it feels safe. There's a mall close by and a couple of grocery stores around. On the negative side, management is not very nice (not talking about the guys in the front desk, they are amazing), they change rules at will i.e., they won't let you walk in the garden after 10 P.M cause someone set on the fire alarm once. So basically they treat everyone as guilty when something happens. And this makes you feel like you are in jail. A nice jail, but still. Parking is a mess, if you rent a one-bedroom apartment and have two cars you need to pay for the second car parking (which is OK I guess). Still, the rules only applies to some. I have met more than two couples who haven't pay for extra parking spots, but for some reason me and my neighbor have to. When you ask them, they just say is not true. Also, many cars park in between two parking spots, I have taken pictures everyday for two weeks and document cars that do this (is a pain parking at the top of the building and carrying groceries), and send more than two emails about such incidents with no response. Still, I got towed once for parking on a privileged spot (you have to pay extra for privileged spots) in less than 3 hours. Overall, I would not live here again.

I recently dropped my pride & gave up my $3000 a month rent in Venice Beach CA to move back to the much cheaper Valley. A place I swore I'd never return. With prices increasing & a change in work I knew I couldn't afford my beach lifestyle anymore. I looked for a few months around Sherman Oaks, Encino & Woodland Hills with no luck. No place was worth sacrificing my happiness on both location AND the apartment itself. Until I visited Alta Warner. It was 100 degrees outside only making me feel as if my decision to move was the worst choice I ever made. Alta Warner was an Oasis inside the scorching valley heat. Sure it was still hot & that wasn't going to change but the second I walked out to the pool area which was a little slice of heaven I felt like I was home or at a 5 star resort in Vegas. I'm 23 so it was important to me that I wasn't stuck in a building filled with complainers (old peeps & parents on newborns). They had a DJ out by the pool playing bangers & a bunch of young people having a great time. The interiors are gorgeous. A lot of places I saw the model apartment is everything you want with stone countertops, hardwoods & new appliances. Then after your tour they tell you it's an upgrade and carpet & linoleum is what your budget can handle. At Alta Warner what others call an upgrade is standard. That's a standard that they uphold. No extra fees for parking. No hidden move in charges. Just gorgeous apartments with a laid back staff. Fully equipped gym with trainers who teach classes 7 days a week ( I love the Yoga class) BBQs throughout with many stylist hangout spots shaded by Palm trees. If this wasn't enough to sell me already they have a great sized dog park for my buddy to run around & play with neighbor dogs. He absolutely loves it *Dog Owners Rejoice* Perfect spot if you like relaxation, health and fitness, partying & dogs. If your not that kind of person then you suck at life & wouldn't want you as my neighbor anyways. :)
