Ethos Apartments

My experience as a resident at Ethos Apartments has been overwhelmingly positive. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which has made it a comfortable place to call home. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and courteous—any issues I've reported have been addressed promptly and professionally. The amenities, including the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse, are always clean and accessible, which adds real value to everyday living. I also appreciate the location—it offers convenient access to major highways, local grocery stores, and downtown Austin while still maintaining a relaxed, residential feel. Overall, Ethos has provided a high-quality living experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a well-managed, modern, and welcoming apartment community.

Overall, I love living at Ethos. It’s a quiet community with great amenities and an attentive office and maintenance staff. I love the Amazon lockers and the trails.

We like the trails and that there is no noise disturbances. Wish there was a but more parking close to our building and wish it was a bit cleaner.

The amenities are great. The view from my apartment is amazing. Also it’s incredible that when I’m sitting on my balcony, I can’t hear the highway.

I have had a great time here at ethos. The only issue is that the gate never works and therefore there are a lot of vehicle break-ins and tires that are stolen. Fortunately, this has not happened to my car but I have seen countless cars like this. Maintenance staff is great and super timely!

Excited to be apart of the community! The unit is in great condition and the move in process was a breeze. Everyone in the leasing office was friendly and responsive.

Spacious rooms, good prices, tons of amenities, and a very responsive and friendly staff. The complex is very nice and has trails throughout, but a car is necessary to get anywhere around town

Seriously! A crappy email stating the pool is closed with no explanation and no expected open date - just 'until further notice!! And in JUNE!!!! Then to repeatedly see the trash overflowing with bags and debris all around the enclosure piled up and today with yellow caution tape so now there's trash piling up outside. No explanation no nothing yet again. The lack of explanation and actual care in communication here is the worst.

So far my experience here at ethos has been amazing everybody is so friendly and the staff is super helpful and the floor plans are beautiful.

Fantastic location , great living space and layout , great amenities, but short on parking spaces , gates doesn’t work , break ins and lot of homeless people wandering around .

I just moved into Ethos Apartments in Austin and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the leasing team made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire process. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations — super clean on move-in day, with modern finishes, spacious rooms, and a layout that feels both open and cozy. I especially love the high ceilings and large windows that bring in tons of natural light. Plus, the community grounds are beautifully maintained, quiet, and pet-friendly (huge bonus!). What really stood out was the attention to detail: everything from the welcome package to how well the unit was prepared felt thoughtful and well-executed. It’s clear that the team at Ethos takes pride in making residents feel at home. I’m excited to call this place home and would absolutely recommend Ethos Apartments to anyone!

Loving it so far, the pools are amazing and the gym is great. We just moved in and everything seems great! The parking spots are spacious and it doesn't feel crowded.

About the same. The office seriously lacks communication. Trash has become an issue between being missed and the notes blowing off the door when there's an issue. Quiet so it's nice I can't hear my neighbors

Moved in was good the staff was friendly and helpful been loving my new apartment very quiet would recommend to anyone to move in here love the new place

i love living here but my upstairs neighbours are always stomping and jumping around at 6am and at night. also the pool (havent been to one by office) but the pool gate wont open, i have the right code, ive tried so many times to open it and it wont. make it easier. it’s annoying.

I'm happy with my apartment , it's a great size for me and I love having an in-unit washer and dryer. I appreciate the promptness of the team if I need anything. I just wish the front gates were fixed.

Ethos has great staff, community, and apartments! The pool is amazing, neighbors are kind, and overall atmosphere is one of joy. Absolutely LOVING it!

The office staff and maintenance are great! The floor plans are cute, and very affordable! I’m happy I moved here. My biggest complaint is the construction in the area that makes it hard to get to the complex, but that’s not in management’s control.

Nice location overall and generally quite throughout the day. The maintenance crew are good and very quick to respond to any issues that need to be fixed.

Staff was helpful and friendly application process was fast and easy the staff was very helpful the community was very clean and quiet would recommend

we just recently moved in and it’s been nothing but a smooth process and we aren’t wait to see what this new chapter has in store for us! I love all the dog parks that they have available through the complex!

Fantastic living experience! Renovated unit and great staff - big fan of all the amenities as well! The pool is gorgeous and the gym is decently sized enough that I don’t need to keep another membership

Ethos is a great place to live and rents to even better neighbors. The price is awesome for the space. The staff is always kind and attentive. 10/10 recommend.

Always on top of work orders. Very pet friendly. Thank you . Environment is very clean. Near my children school and my dog’s vet. Love the wild life view.

So far I have been happy with this apartment. The only downfall is that that front gates have been broken on and off since I moved in and it seems to take a long time to fix them.

Overall a good, consistent experience. All interactions I've had with maintenance have been timely and positive. Management seems responsive and helpful when I need it. Neighbors are not an issue and I'm happy with the location, quietness, heating/cooling in the apartment, floor plan, and nature trails on the property. The construction on the 35 frontage road right outside means traffic is always little frustrating coming and going, however, and the gates have not worked a majority of my time living here. The pool and gym are small and the dogs tend to be noisy sometimes (just a problem that always comes with a pet-friendly community). I have had problems with pests (mice and roaches) but I applied my own pest control and the problem went away. Overall not a bad value for the location, apartment size, and amenities.

I absolutely love my apartment complex. It’s spacious, full of great amenities, and perfect for someone like me who works from home, I get to take advantage of everything it has to offer and I feel safe.

Little to no communication from the office. They seem to not have answers and don't ever follow up with answers when they say they will. For example when they switched platforms for payments they didn't think through that it would shut down the online maintenance requests and when asked they had no idea how to submit maintenance requests online and never followed up with an answer when they said they would

The management has been great. Maintenance has been reliable. I love my floor plan and the layout of the community. My only complaints are the noise and how long the security gates remain broken. Overall, I am happy I moved here.

Move in was super easy, and the complex is great! It’s very clean and there’s lots of trails for dogs to walk on. It’s a very quiet community and the amenities are awesome!

Amazing, so happy that I was able to move in immediately. The place wasn’t as clean. However I cleaned out what was needed . The staff was extremely helpful & kind.

Never really had an issue here. Maintenance gets work done very quickly and neighbors are nice. The front gates work 50% of the time and the gates to the pool don’t work consistently.

maintanance is awesome here, really good community always see people walking their dogs and runnning around, have a lovely dog park, and it’s really cool living here.

I have lived here for a few months and have love everything here the only this is it’s hard for some packages to get here due to the address.

Ethos is a very nice community. The maintenance is amazing, and on top of it! The only thing that sucks is parking. Other than that I would recommend living here.

Love living here, great complex with a ton of nice amenities. The Pool House is updated, clean and games inside. Also like that it's not expensive to live here and staff is great!

Everything was fast and easy, from the start of the application to electronically signing the lease. Love the layout of the apartment, only thing I hate is the traffic on the frontage road so hopefully when construction is done it will be easier to come and go!

I love the neighborhood, love their amenities. I love the pool. I wish the gym could be a little bit better but It's still a good gym. Maintenance is really good and I love my apartment.

Over all is really good experience to live here. I like that is for the most part quiet and clean. The only thing that I will like to see improve is the gym. It needs some maintenance urgently, I like to work out there, and there's a good machine that allows people to exercise different parts of the body, but the machine is being broken for a while now, and I was wondering if you are going to fix it. I already told the girls at the office, but nobody has fixed the machine. I will really appreciate it if somebody fix it. Thanks

So far, I would say, without a shadow of a doubt, with the utmost confidence and certainty that I will absolutely be living in the same apartment.

Good community, nice neighbors, great patio and apt. No complaints so far and it’s been 2/3 months. All we need is a little snack shop or vending machine.

This complex was great in the beginning, we’ve been here for five years. Amazing staff , great maintenance as well but wish the gates were fixed and had more parking space and garages open.

Office staff has been great and always responsive. I can’t emphasize how much I love the trails. This Is am apartment that feels hidden away even though it is off of i35.
