Property Ratings at Estraya Westover Hills
I moved in July 2021 and everything was great until the property was sold and under new management. I can never get ahold of anyone over the phone which they recommend. When I try to go in they say I need to make an appointment or they change their lunch schedule. It was so easy to make rent payments online with my checking account but with this new system, I have had many issues. I have had to pay with money orders. They misplaced my rent payment one month and I was told I would have to pay again. Thankfully they “found” it. I cannot wait to move out!
Since my arrival to Estraya Westover Hills complex, I have been quite pleased with the speed and professionalism of the maintenance team. I have had several requests that they responded to and the issues were fixed within a day or two for routine issues. For high priority issues they responded the same day as the request was submitted. The maintenance team is a great credit and asset to the complex.

After 9 months of being here, I still really love it. Maintenence is usually quick if you have an issue pop up, and the office staff is super friendly. The food trucks are a nice thing to have come by! Overall, it's been a good place to live. I do recommend a garage, my truck did have the catalytic converter stolen early on, but I feel super safe with the garage, not only from thieves, but any weather that moves through, my truck is protected! You won't regret moving here.

The staff at Estraya has always been incredibly kind and helpful! The complex is safe and well maintained. The only issue Ive run into is having to get maintenance work redone multiple times because the solutions provided were not permanent or sustainable ones.

So far, so good! The homes are really nice, the property is well kept. The location is awesome! I can't hear my neighbors to the sides of me, but I can hear the ones upstairs for sure. That's apartment living I suppose. Overall, I really dig living here so far.

Pros: Nice community Nice views if you get the apartments that have balconies facing seaworld 1Gb down internet speed providers Cons: You can hear every step/ conversation above and below you. Get ear plugs if you want to sleep. Everything is cheaply made and feels like it would break when you use it. Mail cluster box looses your packages and your going to be very familiar with usps customer support.

Overall, Estraya Westover Hills has been phenomenal! The units are modern and clean and the amenities are 5 star. The property has always felt safe and there is plenty of parking. Estraya has been a great place to live for this newlywed couple. Beautiful, new, clean, friendly, and in an area of town that is continuing to grow. Ive had virtually no issues in this first year of living here!
Not sure why we even look at this place. It takes a lot for me to complain but im soo irritated with the people in the office .Horrible services there's always issues in the apartment and they take they time to fix the problem.Ive been living here for almost a yr and can't seem to get a working oven they have maintenance come to flick a switch and my oven is broke within a few days and this been going on since I moved here still no improvement. SOO HAPPY MY LEASE IS ABOUT TO BE UP IN A FEW MONTHS I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE *

My wife and i are relocating to San Antonio. Stopped by a couple of apartment locations while there for an interview. Kevin was awesome!! We've been here for about half a year now and haven't had any significant issues. The staff is all friendly and responsive and any issues that come up are taken care of pretty swiftly. Very clean community. The only issue appears to be the gate which has been damaged twice but is not really the complex's fault
