Avoid this place at all costs! I would give 0 stars if I could. I would also guess that the 5 star reviews are office staff or written before the new company took over. This place was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. TLDR version: this place is super unsafe, there are no cameras, the security patrol thats a fee factored into the rent does not actually work, the 24hr maintenance line does not work, maintenance issues do not get resolved until you hassle them nonstop, the office will ignore you & refuses to deal with critical issues, they’ll lose/up/adjust your rent/fees without notice, and this place will try to swindle you out of every cent possible.

Estancia is one of the nicest properties in the Riverside area. The location in the Mission Grove neighborhood really contributes to the likability. The management staff is always very friendly and make themselves very available. Great amenities as well!

Excellent maintenance staff. Trash areas are constantly overflowing and unsightly. Especially after weekends. No security patrol. Parking is terrible.

Love it here, so nice and the location is right by the Mission Grove Plaza so shopping is a breeze! The dog park is just big enough, and I love the pool area.

Looking for a new place to live? Look no further! This complex is in a prime location with easy access to multiple freeways. Apartment staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my water heater leaking not long after I moved in and the maintenance guy mike had a new one installed in less than 3 hours! The streetwise apartments can get a little noisy at times but it's manageable. There is a beautiful pool with a spa. Oh and did I mention the BBQ area?? Ridiculous! Multiple TVs and gas powered grills for enjoying some weekend awesomeness! There is a fairly well equipped workout room as well (you won't turn into the hulk working out here but it is great for some early morning cardio). All around, estancia is a great place to live. Close to many things to do and a great staff! Keep up the good work!

I have lived here for nearky 10 years. The staff in the office are amazing. Serice requests are met in a timely manner and with a smiling face. Having a washer and dryer in the bathroom is a HUGE plus. Also, not worrying about bringing a fridge or microwave was key. The pool area is so nice. The neighbors are friendly and shared bbq's are the norm. Sprouts is directly across the street and Ralph's is just as close.

The one bedroom apt is spacious, especially the bathroom which has a full size washer/dryer. My favorite aspects of this building are the staff, gym, and bbq area by the pool which has plasma tvs. I would definitely refer people to rent from here as it is a steal for the area.
