North Hills East is an extension of Panorama City’s North Hills neighborhood. It lies on the eastern side of the 405 freeway and houses a burgeoning rental market and plenty of amenities for renters. North Hills East’s convenient location makes it perfect for exploring the San Fernando Valley. The neighborhood is less than 20 miles northwest of Downtown Los Angeles, and residents typically enjoy less traffic than neighboring communities. Get it while the getting is good

I have what is known as the junior suite with an out of sight view sorry nobody's view in this building is as good as mine except the old man on the other side of my living room I have a very roomy sunken living room extra large walk-in closet, the building is extremely quiet 24 hour Fitness Grocery shopping and a Walmart is within walking distance and the manager is super great hi Patty ??ill never move!
