The property is quiet and nicely kept up. My move was seamless and maintenance. Took care of any issues right away. It’s a large complex so parking could be better. Also, there is only one way in and out of the complex the other gates are locked.
Overall I enjoy living at Espiral. With walking distance to Downtown Gilbert, restaurants, and grocery stores the location is amazing! I would recommend this apartment complex.

Probably the best maintenance workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My only issue is the service they use for rent any time you pay for anything they force a huge service fee which ends up sometimes adding 50 to 100 dollars to your rent

We have had a really good stay here and our property staff is all very helpful and accomadating. All of the bad things that I could complain about isn't handled by them. The problems are from the higher ups and their unwillingness to give their workers the manpower to actually take care of this property
Quiet and spacious complex! Huge bedroom and in a fantastic neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and there are two great pools and a 24/7 fitness center.

I do love living here. The staff is magnificent the maintenance staff is amazing. Our neighbors could use a refresher in cleaning up after themselves. However the grounds are maintained very well. The amenities are just what I was looking for.

Beware of Exorbitant Move-Out Charges! My experience with Espiral Apartments was largely positive until the day I moved out. What seemed like a reasonable living situation quickly turned into a frustrating and financially draining ordeal due to their highly questionable and exaggerated move-out charges. Prospective tenants, please consider this a serious warning. Upon vacating my unit, I was blindsided by a large bill for alleged damages that were simply not accurate. For instance, I was charged $125 for painting, charged $100 for accedently forgetting my blender in a cupboard, $225 for a full resurfacing of tub because of a sticker on surround (mind you no damages to justify expense or supporting pictures or documentation presented from property for these charges). These charges felt like a blatant attempt to nickel and dime, discriminate, rather than a fair assessment of wear and tear. I strongly advise anyone considering Espiral Apartments to document absolutely everything when you move in. Take detailed photos and videos of every nook and cranny, no matter how insignificant it seems, submit work orders to document repair request, Do the same when you move out. Compare your move-in and move-out documentation carefully. Also, scrutinize your lease's move-out clause thoroughly before signing. If there are any ambiguities, get clarification in writing. This experience has left a very sour taste, and I want others to be aware of the potential financial hit you could face when it's time to leave. Be prepared to dispute charges vigorously if you believe they are unfair.

Espiral has a beautiful walkable apartment complex. I love how everything is connected by paths and they create nice scenery with their landscaping. Most of their units are upgraded, I’ve found their W/Ds can be a bit old, but they were fast to replace our dishwasher for us when it broke. The area feels very safe and I love how many other families live here. We’ve lived here for two years and it’s has been a great home for us!

I've been living here for a few months now and still love it just as much as when I moved in. The community is well maintained and the staff is always attentive and helpful. It's in the perfect location to downtown Gilbert and I love spending time at the pool and community events.

So far it has been really great living here. Staff is attentive, neighborhood is quite. No issues. Love the amenities and the events done every so often. Really a great community and a great place to call home.
So far so good! I have been here just a few months, I have had my questions answered and Quick response to an AC filter change request. But have not had any other issues. The pool looks clean when I walk by, just some leaves from the beautiful landscape.

My Fiancé and I just moved in the beginning of the month and we enjoy Espiral so far! Staff is friendly and helpful, I’ve had 2 maintenance inquiries on little things so far only but maintenance came fast and fixed what needed to be fixed so fast. Really great area with everything you need close by. The units are fairly up graded and the maintenance crew are amazing and friendly! Over all it’s been a very quiet and pleasant 2 years here!

Espiral is in a great area. I feel safe walking around outside of the apartments, which is great since it’s also affordable. Plus, downtown Gilbert can be just a generous walk away. The only downside is the parking situation

I love living here. Everyone is so great. Not any issues, and if there is any concerns the staff helps immediately. Quiet nice neighborhood. Unfortunately some residents don’t pick up after their dogs but that happens everywhere. Would recommend this apartment, actually my sister in law is going to move here since she loves it at my apartment.

Everything is going good. Only down side is rent increase was beyond greedy. My yearly raise don’t even cover it. So because of that I make less this year than last.

I love living here. Applying and getting accepted for my lease was very easy and the team was super communicative and helpful. I felt like they cared and wanted my transition to moving in as seamless as possible - and it was. The team remembers my name and is always warm and welcoming. Community is very important to me and a huge part of me moving in here. They are always quick to help and I think they do a great job of taking care of the apartments and making sure needs are met.

I like living at Espiral. The office staff is quick to respond to any issues. The maintenance team does a good job. It is a big plus that some of the staff live on site, and they want the complex where they live to be kept nice looking too.

Beautiful, easy, simple. Amazing staff. Wasn’t any pushback, the neighborhood is located near multiple grocery stores/farmers markets, and a gym. A few minutes from downtown Gilbert if your into nightlife stuff. But amazing staff and amazing neighborhood

Going on 4 years of living here and overall it's a decent place to live. My only complaint would be the people who don't clean up after their dogs

Love living here everyone is nice and very quiet been here over year best place so far. Dog park is nice too and the pool and all the amenities. It’s nice also because it is gated and only residents can get in after 8 which makes it feel safer . I looked all over the Gilbert area and this is the best place I found and wouldn’t change it .

I already love it here. Such a beautiful complex with amazing amenities. However, I am had some issues with the leasing office submitting work orders they said they would input. Other than that. Love it!

So far, my apartment has been great. Location is awesome. I’ve had a few appliance issues, and it’s a bummer that there’s only one garbage dumpster down by me. It fills up in one day. Kinda annoying.

Very clean and maintained property, everyone keeps to themselves and respects one another. Only problem is, in the parking lot when reversing others don’t try to stop/ yield when others are slowly backing out. Other residents tend to speed through the parking lot as well.
