It rains inside
I’ve had a have leaky ceiling and a tarp hanging from my ceiling for over 16 months. So I have unusable square footage yet my rent gone up twice since this started. The building is showing its age, many thousands of dollars were spent to stop the building from sinking. I hope that works. Many outside cracks in the brick work. I’m a middle floor with one floor above yet the hall ceiling leaks and hasn’t been repaired. Windows are old and need to be replaced. I have to add space heaters in the winter because lack of weather protection. No Bad feelings I just want to use my whole apartment or have my rent reduced not increased. Expect a rental increase every year.
