The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, blender, toaster, pots and pans, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, hangers, safe box, luggage rack, and a dedicated workspace for your laptop. Pet fee is $100.00 for one pet up to 20 pounds. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance with fees ranging from $50 for 2 hours to 100% of the daily rate for more than 4 hours. Surgery patients will be charged additional fees for linen damage and extra cleaning ($200) for stains inside the apartment or in the building grounds. We kindly provide white linens and towels, along with cotton rounds or balls and cotton swabs for makeup removal. Any use of towels or linens for cleaning makeup or shoes will result in a charge for replacement: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set. No smoking is allowed inside, and a $450.00 fine will be imposed for violations. Lost items policy states that guests have up to 10 days to claim lost items. Package deliveries can only be made during your stay, and we are not responsible for any deliveries made before or after your stay.
