England Run is a small residential neighborhood in the northern section of Fredericksburg. While the area is mostly made up of permanent residences, there are a few apartments, single-family houses, and townhouses for rent in mid-range prices and a variety of styles.

Directly east of England Run, residents can access the Interstate 94 and Highway 17 junction, making travel in all directions easy, including the six-mile drive to Downton Fredericksburg and 50-mile drive to Washington, DC. England Run is also close to Motts Run Reservoir Recreation Area, Crow’s Nest Natural Area Preserve, and more parks along the Potomac River.
