Encore at Wheaton Station

The building, units, and property is clean, office staff and the maintenance are great, always parking, but the prices could be better compared to newer apartments in the area.

I have been here since 2011 now, and I can't say enough great things about this complex. Super clean, beautiful landscaping, convenient to just about everything you could ever need or want. The maintenance team is top notch and so friendly and helpful. The team that keeps the apartment buildings clean are super nice and very thorough. And, luckily I have really good neighbors in my building. And, finally the office staff is stellar, friendly and extremely helpful and communication is great with how they keep the standards here very high. Just make the move already, you know you want to.

The apartments are very nice, carpeted, and plenty of space. I love the open kitchen and floor to ceiling windows. The balcony has plenty of space. It’s generally pretty quiet and the neighborhood is okay. Nice to look at. Maintenance is very quick and easy to access.

Love living here. Thin walls and floors and bathroom is a wee bit small, but the team is super responsive and professional. Maintenance is also amazing!

I’ve only been here a week and it already feels like home. The welcome baskets and wall painted my choice color were a great start. Maintenance has been very responsive. The open green areas and trees give it a resort feel. Office staff very helpful and welcoming. I’m going to like it here.

Oxana, Darlene and Ruth made the entire experience seamless and smooth! I love my apartment and neighbors. It is quiet and peaceful and I look forward to being here.

Staff is great, property is great, no parking issues, no issues or worries here. The wall are thin and you can hear neighbors but it's not too bad. They have community events from time to time that folks enjoy.

Love it. I really like my apartment, wish it was a little more affordable with better soundproofing but other than that, it's great! Would recommend.

I moved in with my wife a few days ago. So far im enjoying it! Everything is pretty accessible so I enjoy that as well. There were and are a few kinks to fix up (some challenges with the bathroom systems and key fob for front door). Everyone seems to be very nice and friendly.

We got an email earlier this week about how when maintenance was changing filters they noted some things that need maintenance. So without us having to ask, they're coming to fix a bunch of random stuff that I didn't even notice! Maintenance staff is so on top of everything- they're truly wonderful

The apartments are spacious and nicely furnished, though the walls are paper thin. Not a bad place to live overall, but it's mostly the hassle of moving out that's kept me here this long. My main complaint, after several years, is that I'm not allowed a second set of keys for my apartment. I know a lot of people who live alone and they all have spare keys- I just want to be able to give one to an emergency contact or let someone water my plants while I'm gone. The last time I asked, management was incredibly rude and accused me of trying to sneak other people into my apartment (???) so I've had to make my peace with it.

High Rent. The interior of the buildings where the tenants live need maintenance and better up keep. For example, Hallway carpets needs to be replaced along with Hallway stair treads need to be replaced since they are over 15 years old. However, the management office is beautiful and well maintained. The flooring in the management office has been replaced at least once in the last 15 years. Go Figure.

Great place to live! I've lived here since 2019 and love the community. We appreciate the season events hosted by the management team! Its a great opportunity to meet and greet with other residents.

I new website is so slow, that's almost not functional. I get that their are bugs that you need to work out but I'm sure you have a user acceptance team that would have pointed this issue out.

Been here about 6 months and I love it so far. There is a bit of noise at times from neighbors but overall the apartment complex is great. Definitely recommend!

I have loved every minute at the Encore so far. The apartments are spacious while remaining competitively priced for the area. I love the fact there is free parking and guests are allowed to visit without having to pay like other complexes. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and have consistently gone above and beyond. They have promptly solved any issues that have arisen and always have an amazing attitude.

I've had a wonderful experience since 2019. Every complex has its hiccups, but nothing Necore hasn't been able to address within a timely fashion

From the application process to the move in was stress free. The love and complimentary packet that was in the apartment kept me smiling all through

What a wonderful, clean, beautiful complex. Management does a great job at keeping the complex looking beautiful and it doesn't go unnoticed.

I've been here for many years now and no issues or problems. I'm hoping prices drop soon b/c no one can keep up with the increases at this point in time.

We moved in about a month ago and have been loving it. The staff are very friendly and communicative, both in response to our inquiries and with general community notifications. The apartment was spotless when we moved in and we appreciated the treats and basic toiletries that were left for us. Everything works well and neither street noise nor neighbor noise has been an issue. We're so glad we chose to live here!

Great place to love. Friendly staff. Can just hear every creek from the feet upstairs. Told staff and they said they will get someone to correct it!

I've been here since March 2024 and still love every moment. I love my view of the sunrise and the sunset, which are so beautiful. The grounds are very well-kept, especially with the new trees.

I been honest here. The process of signing up and even been shown my apartment all clean and ready to go was very refreshing to see. I can tell why this place has nearly a perfect rating. Shout out to all the ladies at the leasing office for helping me through the process!!!

Maintenance team and leasing office team are wonderful. Timely and friendly. I have only had positive interactions during my stay here. Floors creak and walls are thin but neighbors are quiet and respectful. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience with Encore at Wheaton Station has been truly wonderful. I brag often about how great the complex is. Unfortunately we've noticed an uptick in crime recently with the complex sending out only a generic letter containing minimal information other than reminding residents to be vigilant. But I'm not sure how being vigilant will stop cars from getting broken into and packages from being stolen. It's sad bc I truly do love the complex. I think something needs to be done though...

Just that the floor boards are creaky . Otherwise it is the BEST apartment complex in Wheaton. With great neighbors. The maintenance staff is good. And the leasing office staff is always available.

Very quiet nice neighborhood . Staff is very nice! Unfortunately my car got towed but for the most part, beautiful neighborhood. I’ve been here almost 2 years

Don’t do it. They literally turn off the water every week for some maintenance issue. I don’t understand why issues aren’t addressed efficiently and effectively the first time. If it’s a small issue maintenance will address it but god forbid you have a bigger issue, like appliance breakage. You will be waiting atleast 2 weeks. It’s inconvenient!

More than a year here and it’s still a pleasure being a tenant! This place has set the bar for rental properties. From the front office to the maintenance team and the groundskeepers. I’m on my way to homeownership but if I were renting, this place would be a tough act to follow!

Safe, clean, staff is friendly and nice. Maintenance is fast, professional, and friendly. Overall no complaints that aren't out the ordinary. Rent is a little high but what can you do :(

Great so far. The floorboards creak so I hear my upstairs neighbor and I worry I'm walking loudly for my downstairs neighbor, but everything else has been wonderful.

We have had a wonderful several years at this complex. Moved in summer 2019 and have been thrilled to call Encore at Wheaton Station home ever since!

I'VE been living here for years, had very little problems, The complex is great, the occasional loud neighbors, but no real problems. The staff is very friendly and always answer any questions I have. Looking forward to being here for a long time.

The staff is friendly. The apartments are huge and clean. The neighbors are nice. The only flaw is the floors are thin. I can hear every step my neigbor above me takes.

13 years and counting! Things only get better. Everyone in the office are so nice and accommodating. And maintenance is even nicer. It is beautiful, quiet and well maintained.

I would have loved to give 5 stars but the playground needs serious upgrades. It is really sad that it only has one equipment which is the slide. The hippo structure is useless and kids cannot do much in it. Atleast a basic set of swing for toddlers and kids would be great addition. There are so many kids living in the complex but the playground is not equipped to entertain and accommodate even 2. Other complexes which are nearby has better playground options.

Very nice neighborhood, quiet, everyone is pretty much to themselves. I would say this is a great place to raise your kids. Pet friendly no poop on the floor

Since we have been at the Encore Station, we have been satisfied by the service by the office and the maintenance staff that has been responsive to our requests.

So far everything has been great. Ruth from the Leasing Office and Mr. Divine from maintenance are warm, professional, efficient and wonderful. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around at 5am and the bathroom ceiling is low, but other than that I really like how quiet the apartment complex is and everyone seems respectful. Everything is very clean and my guests say the apartment is spacious and nice.

Quite, leasing office staff members are nice, work orders are completed very fast and efficient. Been here a few years now and no issues to report.

I can say MANY positive things about living here. I have one major concern related to security. Three tenants in my building have had their cars broken into. I use a steering wheel lock but often wonder if my car might be targeted.

I love this community because it’s safe and clean . Additionally, it’s near a metro station as well as malls and stores .Furthermore, there is a gym , a party room, a computer room as well as chilling room for the tenants.

The apartment complex is pretty along with the buildings being appealing from outside as well as inside… just wish the walls were thicker for noise level (e.g. I don’t like being able to hear alarms buzzing or noise going off at 4am or any other noises in the wee hours of the night). The staff here is super friendly and as of now efficient too!

Everything is perfect since We moved here. The staff is very respectful of the tenants. The complex is very quiet for people who work from home

A year here and I still love it! Unfortunately we’ll be relocating next summer but if we weren’t we’d still be here. The front office team, maintenance and management are all awesome!

Been living here since 2019 and it’s been a great community overall: Office staff are always professional as well as the maintenance staff (whenever I submitted a ticket they took less than 2 days to complete)! Overall all I’d highly recommend.

I am a new resident and it has been about two weeks. So far, it has been amazing. The leasing team was very helpful for the move in. Once I moved in, the maintenance team has also been great and responsive. I love my new unit and not to mention that the grounds are kept impeccable.

We have nothing but wonderful feelings toward Encore at Wheaton Station. Been here since 2019 and will probably be here another year or two unless we manage to buy a house before then.
