Garbage no collected on time, breeze way needs cleaning, the stairway smells of dog urine. Too much domestic disputes. Poor lighting in parking lot, does not feel safe. Roaches coming up through the drain!

I would not recommend living here. Living conditions have gone significantly downhill in the last year or so. Not a very safe place to live and not worth the price.

My Family and I have been residents for almost four years. We moved here for health reasons (mine). Our home has stairs and I needed to be in a place with no stairs for therapy and healing purposes. We haven’t done apartment living since 1992 (Military Housing). The Entire Encore Team in its efficiency is very similar to the efficiency of the Military Housing Community. I’m grateful for the experience of living in a peaceful Apartment Community where we feel like Family.
Been here 2 years and love it. The staff are friendly and responsive, can't beat the location, the appliances aren't the newest but they have been well maintained. Apartments are spacious. The only real issue I have are the parking spaces are small, your a breath away from the other car, not great for the bigger persons.
I’ve enjoyed living at Encore at the Park. It’s convenient and is in a good locate for me. However there do need to be some improvements. I feel like there should be a weight restriction on dogs because those bigs dog owners do not clean up behind them!
Love it here . Peaceful. Spacious lots of storage.

Maintenance and 3rd party vendors are not respectful with keeping your place in order. They will complete the job and leave your place with a mess you will have to clean up and hope you can get all the stains out. If you can not be home when they come, don’t make the maintenance call.

Our apartment keeps getting roaches despite us cleaning all the time and the staff just tells us that's how it is because we live on the first floor. Pest control is terrible here. Poor community trash disposal (valet trash occasionally being cancelled and not enough dumpsters for the community size) likely contributes to this. Also, the complex is supposed to be non-smoking per description and contract but many residents smoke anyways.

Wonderful staff and gorgeous property! Despite a few hiccups during move-in day, I think this apartment complex is cozy and provides excellent amenities that are difficult to find at some other complexes. Plus, the apartments are spacious too and not as cramped as other places in Durham.

The Encore at the Park could be an awesome place to live if the grounds were kept better and the trash compactor not always broken. The size of the apartments is great, you get a lot of space and storage, the community is quiet, but the apartments need to be upgraded a little more and the grounds definitely need more attention.

It sucks. Rude management. Roaches. Not enough spots for visitor parking. They will tow if visitor park in wrong spot.

Very limited parking for both residents and guest. If your guest can not make to one of the 12 parking spots that service the entire community they will be towed , and the leasing office is no help. The leasing office is unhelpful, unconcerned, and “ Do not cater to the guest of their residents.” They allow service trucks to park across rows available parking ,for weeks on end. If you enjoy guest, this is not the place for you .
I'm loving my well planned and spacious apartment at Encore at the Park! The beautiful buildings are a delight to come home to. Just seeing them gives my spirit a lift!

Great location. Close to mall, grocery stores, and lots of great places to eat. Office staff could be a little friendler, and communicate with each other better.

Encore at the Park is a very friendly place to live. I am very pleased with how quite it is and how I am able to walk around the neighborhood with my son and I don't have to worry about anyone bothering us.

I LOVE living at Encore at the Park. As with anything it has some faults, but nothing that management can't handle. It's location is perfect for me. But most of all the Management staff listen, and are very polite! Great customer service. Customer Service goes a long way with me!!! Communication is the key. And I just LOVE how the always have something going on in the complex. Great marketing!!! :)

My move in experience with Encore at the park was great. We moved from Maryland and used the positive reviews to choose this complex. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the lease process- Jordyn and Bruce helped out a lot by answering questions from my husband and I and helping us to get in all our materials remotely. We were incredibly happy when we finally moved (without ever seeing the place!) and greeted by a friendly Bruce. Overall we are very happy we live here, it is very safe and private and quiet.

Jordan is so sweet and professional. One of my best expereinces has been with her she made me make my final decision in staying with this community and it has been the best decision I have made.
