Great, fun and diverse people. Amazing amenities!! Love the great Staff too! The grounds are kept beautiful inside and out. Overall great place to live. Very responsive when I need maintenance. I do wish there were more options in terms of allowing access to my apt (unable provide dogsitter access to my apt) One thing I wish was a bit easier was to be able to contact the faculty for quick questions. Would recommend this place for my friends to live.

I came here because Encore said that they have a resort style pool. I have a knee that needed to be rehabed in the water. The beautifully advertised pool is just a prop to get people to sign a lease. The pool is NEVER heated. Its very, very, very cold year round. Even in the summer! They just ordered new heaters for the pool. But it will only be heated enough to keep the pipes from freezing. i am so disappointed.So are many others. Looking to go elsewhere ASAP

This apartment complex is perfect for me: Neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and perfect for running. Lots of nearby (walking distance) restaurants, stores (grocery and community Target), breweries (Denver Beer Co across the street and Lowry Beer Garden a short walk away). Oh, and of course it is just 15 minutes from the major hospitals in the vicinity where I work! The parking garage was also a major plus! Those are just a few of the reasons why I am so happy with my decision to move in to Encore.

Offer fair pricing for residents that have been here multiple years, better communication of changes from office. Do not charge for parking after years of complimentary parking used as a selling point.

Since being relocated, we have LOVED living here. I would just like to say it has been years since I have been in the position of having to rent. That being said being here of the Encore community has been extremely amazing although I am out growing my apartment, I hate to give it up because of the view. Then there is the staff the leasing management to the assistant, as well as the manager have all been courteous, pretty much have answers to your questions. If not, they look into it and last, but not least maintenance, every last one of the maintenance crew are extremely on point when it comes to repairs, although I said last, but not least The valet, cleaning and waste disposal crew as well our great.

Move in was great and the staff are super attentive and nice. I think the cleaning crew that the building hired for preparing the unit for moving in can definitely do more cause we had to clean the floors and windows again. And some appliances needed a minor repair/clean up as well.

It's ok. There are things that need to improve like adding fishbowl mirrors in the garage. A bit pricey but it has the amenities I need and the sky deck is nice.

Overall rating of 4.5 out of 5, after 6 weeks as a resident. The office staff is accessible, maintenance team is prompt and friendly. Amenities are fairly well kept. Gym, pool, game room, office and lounge areas are generally in working order. Somewhat noisy, but I live above the pool and neighborhood playground. Local retail access is great. Residents are generally respectful.

Love this place! I'm quite picky about where I live and its so nice here! I love the feel of the Lowry neighborhood and there are so many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance! Everything here is so clean and well-maintained! And the people I’ve met so far are awesome!

Signed the lease beginning in March - it’s now July. Overall, everything has been good. Maintenance has been quick to help, work orders are easy to submit and paying rent is easy as welll. No major concerns. I’ve felt safe and we’ve actually saved more money than where we lived last - but we have more amenities now than before! Wild. The location is top notch , very walkable and desirable. It is definitely upscale luxury living - the covered parking garage was a huge deciding factor - did not want hail damage or to shovel my way out of a snowstorm anymore! I was not a fan of the valet trash charge at our last complex - but it was $75 for 2 day a week pick up and you couldn’t opt out. But at Encore it’s less expensive and a daily pick up! (Still cannot opt out but I’m here for the better pricing!) I have no issue taking my own trash out but if I’m paying for a daily service - it’s nice to have. The pool is stunning and large. Not over crowded or rowdy. However, there will always be rule breakers letting too many people in or bringing glass to the pool - which is a big safety “no no”. Everything seems well maintained and I feel safe. Amenities so far have worked well and the FOBs help keep the place secure. Scout patrol is way better than Speer security and overall I’m very satisfied with living here. Will update in time if needed :)

Overall a good experience, except I am disappointed the pool is not heated. I was planning on using the pool to swim laps, but it is so cold I can’t. Also, the pool is so cold most of the children are using the hot tub as a pool which is very disruptive. I am not getting any information on when the pool heater will be repaired. Interesting as when I was touring the building this winter, the pool was being completely renovated.

We have been loving our home at Encore! The area is almost unbeatable and the amenities are great for what we need. It’s so nice seeing all the pets and our neighbours are always so kind! Will has been a great person to go to for any concerns but honestly all of the front desk staff is fantastic!

It was an absolute pleasure touring Encore at Boulevard One Apartment Complex. I am moving to Denver for at least 3 years for a job from the South, so finding a place that has a great community of residents in an area that has great amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, parks was important to me. I was sold within seconds of seeing the apartment's neighborhood, but I fell in love after seeing the apartment's gym, lounges, pool, and floor plans. It was a no brainer for me - within 15 minutes of Denver Health and CU Anschutz medical campus with a supportive community and safe neighborhood feel. Will was such a great tour guide and answered all of our questions clearly and thoroughly. I am so glad that I found Encore on Boulevard One!

Only been a month, I've had a package stolen but it's still better than where I was! The coffee bar somehow is closed most times I try, as they are likely out doing tours. It would be nice for that to be accessible since it is listed as an amenity.

I move to Encore 3 years ago. When I first moved in everything was kept up to very high standards. Over the past couple of years I have significant rate increase while at the same time I have noticed a steady decline in upkeep. The carpets in the hallways have had the same stains for months, the stairwells and garage are always littered, there is dog poop on the sidewalks and in the landscaped areas and the pot smell on the third floor is so strong at times that it feels like I'm living in a college dorm room. I understand that it's important to keep the apartments filled but the standards that were in place when I moved in seem to have been relaxed quite a bit. On a positive note: anytime I have needed maintenance for my apartment, it has been completed quickly and professionally. Hats off the maintenance crew.

I have had a very positive experience living here. I love the location and proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and many other businesses. All within a very walkable distance. The building itself is very well maintained and you get a fresh and clean feeling upon entry. Improvements are constantly occurring to maintain the premises. Maintenance requests are responded to in a rapid manner and resolved on initial visit. I also feel very safe here.
