We are so pleased to be a part of this community. We just love our home here. Been around 2 and 1/2 years already. Have always lived in a single home in the grosse pte area for 50 years. Best decision we ever made.
Just moved in and we absolutely love it so far. Everyone is super friendly and the apartment is in great shape! Excited for the future here :)
There are little to no amenities, the grounds are run down. Preventative maintenance is non existent, unless requested by tenant. No noticeable action on those who are violating their leases
Love living at Encore!!! Quiet, people are wonderful, lots of wild life to enjoy...wouldn't want to live anywhere else!! This is our "Forever Home". :-)
Love Ashby Preserve been a resident for about five years and we love it. The office is always a available and ready to help. Maintenance is always there when needed and the homes and cute.
A nice place to live. Great floor plans. Beautiful community grounds. Close to alot of recreational activities. I just love my Encore home.
Great place to live...Marcus an awesome Maintenance man...Lori and I have fantastic neighbors...Everyone takes care of their business...Very quiet also...The homes are well insulated...reducing the cost of utilities.

Just wish they took better care of the landscaping. I love the new management and I love the unit. I have been here since it was built. It just checks all the boxes for me.
Great community, quiet area. Only complaint is sometimes my packages get delivered to the wrong house (more an issue with the postal service than the community).
I recently moved in and I love it so far. The modern look and open layout is perfect. In addition, the friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood make living here even better. Encore at Ashby is a special place and I’m more than happy to be apart of this community!
