I been living here for about 6 month, rent is been paid on time never been late. And I've been dealing with a severe pest issue in my apartment for over a month now. These small, nearly invisible bugs have infested my living space, causing significant damage to my clothes and forcing me to throw away my food. Despite numerous attempts to contact the office for help, they have consistently ignored my calls and failed to take any action. Living in this apartment has become unbearable, and I believe it's entirely uninhabitable in its current state. The lack of responsiveness from the management has left me feeling completely frustrated and unsupported. To make matters worse, they haven't even conducted proper pest identification to determine the type of bugs infesting my space. I've never experienced such a terrible living situation before, and it's incredibly disappointing that the apartment complex seems to care so little about their residents' well-being. This behavior is not only intrusive but also suggests a lack of professionalism and concern for the residents' privacy and comfort. It's disheartening to see that even the office manager, who should be setting an example, appears to be indifferent to the ongoing issues and discomfort that I and other residents are experiences… I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here specifically if you have little kids..

Been living here for 2 months and thing haven't gone well at all. I have stayed at a hotel a total of 6 days because my AC went out now 4 times as of last night. On the day that I moved in, the Ac Thermostat was broken. I fixed it myself, but it took the following day and I was unable to move in until 3 days later. Since than, the AC has gone out 3 times and I suggested before that my unit had an outdated AC System. The temperature never goes below 72 and when it tries, it fails. The manager has emailed me and assures the number to call for the maint. guys will always relieve my problem. Well, replacing the AC would be the better resolve. I am overpaying for this small apartment as it is and I feel like I am living in an oven. It was 84 degrees last night in my small apartment with my puppies. Completely unacceptable living conditions!

I took a tour and thought the property was attractive. I applied and was asked to provide documents. I provided the docs and paid my fees. I was contacted again and was asked to provide more docs which I provided. Again, I was asked to make a change and resubmit which would cause another submission and a need to ask my company to re-write an offer letter just because they used my middle legal name. I decided to withdraw my application after the continuing hassle. They have now decided to keep my application fee and refused to refund my money. Beware, they seem to be very exacting on their side and not easy to work with as a customer.

The community itself is nice, however if you have any noise issue with your neighbor, know that it won't be dealt with. I've complained a few times without anyone doing a single thing. I've called the office and was told they would look into it. Nobody called me back. I am just dismissed all the time. My neighbor in the same building has a similar problem and we are both moving out of here soon because of the lack of concern or care from the staff! I pay enough to live here and I shouldn't have to deal with inconsiderate neighbors and uncaring staff!

Worst Experience I’ve ever had dealing with an apartment complex. I signed my lease and The day before I moved in they informed me that the previous residents of the apartment I signed a lease on were refusing to leave and we would have to be downgraded to a much smaller apartment which was extremely upsetting but we had already signed a lease and they didn’t give us any time to find an alternative place to live we were moving out tomorrow! They are unorganized and rude. My AC in my unit was also consistently having issues which is a very big issue for me because I hate being hot and My apartment would reach under 85! My neighbors were always throwing parties, the person under me had a very loud 2 day party on Thanksgiving and the next time I went in to leasing office they gave me a warning for being too loud!!! And there were quite a few ocassions of my house smelling like smoke from neighbors. Also the pool house has no security and there are college kids there almost every night all night smoking and drinking and partying. I never got to use the pool because it was obnoxious. And I had a incident on two separate occasions of teenagers harrassing me and banging on the window of the gym and when I leave they say how was your workout. So I was unable to use the gym or pool without being bothered. And the 24 Hour pool and gym was a big reason I chose this apartment complex. VERY UPSETTING Also the trash area was always disgusting and overflowing. Also my key cards to open the gates were also somehow reprogramming I had to continuously go in to get them fixed. I could not wait for my lease to be over, it was the longest 10 months of my life. And I was hopeful when I heard new management was taking over but they are just as bad if not worse and trying to get in contact with anyone there is nearly impossible, they need to learn how to awnser the phone. DO NOT MOVE INTO ENCLAVE AT WESLEY CHAPEL!!!!!

This place is very ugly for live, i lived here for one year and the maintenance and the service is very poor,the members of the office don't have answers for any problem, and they never return the deposit! The always seek and excuse to not returning, Don't move here people,is annoying!

Worst place I have ever lived! The maintenance staff has constant turnover, the gates habent locked for months the appliances are old and outdated. They replaced my garbage disposal because it was leaking and failed to hook up the dish washer hose, repaired it myself. The fridge made a growling noise and they replaced it with one that makes a high pitch noise instead. Rent is too high for the quality and condition. Management does not seem to care. Will not be renewing my lease, if I could leave sooner I would.

I agree the inside needs improvements. It would be nice to see wood floors in the apartment .
Management takes NO responsibility or accountability & staff does little to nothing to help as they are afraid of the manager. Was left for 2 days with an active roof leak & most recently 3 strangers/painters were allowed to enter my apartment with NO staff member present inside the apartment & then my door was left open & unlocked.
I just moved in a few weeks ago and I really like my apartment. Their were minor fixes which was done pretty fast. The area is great for shopping plazas and eateries. The complex in general is very nice. I appreciate the amenities provided. Overall I really like my apartment. Only negative is the noisy neighbors upstairs. I really like my apartment!

The location is great and the complex is generally well-kept. I'm not a big fan of gates in general, but if you have a gate it should be working properly. The gate has been inoperable for 3 months .Be aware that the apartment complex does not accept responsibility for any damage caused by the gate (even if it closes on your vehicle due to malfunction). The office staff is pleasant and the clubhouse has been redecorated. The carpeting in the apartments needs to be replaced (preferably with wood flooring)
Enclave at Wiregrass is one of the best places to live. The community itself is safe and the people are friendly. Located in a nice area and by the Wiregrass mall. The staff here is amazing every time I have a question they are right there with a smiling face. Not once have I had a problem with anything here
We've lived here a long time and the wear and tear on the apartment and us is beginning to show. We do live steps away from a new shopping mall, restaurants and grocery store for great convenience. However, some neighbors have take to barking dogs, screaming children, stomping and dancing; so, the days and evenings vary from semi quiet to riotous. I'm too old for the riotous and have to get up too early. But all in all, we like living here. Found a sort of comfort zone and have adapted. Too tired to move and too lazy to try.
