The city of Concord is a large suburb of North Carolina, located just 25 miles northeast of Charlotte. Concord’s history with car racing is legendary, and if you’re interested in renting in the city, you will likely be spending some of your free time at the track!
The Charlotte Motor Speedway is a major NASCAR racing venue and one of the city’s biggest attractions with drag racing, dirt tracks, and a 138,000-seat stadium. This major tourist destination has hosted races such as the Coca-Cola 600, the Bank of America 500, and the Sprint All-Star Race. The first car race was held here in 1960, and the engines haven’t quieted since!
But there’s more to Concord than just the hype of racing. This city is one of Charlotte’s fastest-growing suburbs, and with Downtown Charlotte within quick driving distance, there are plenty of work and entertainment options for Concord residents.

Property Ratings at Emery Village
Toured Emery village today and was surprised at how quiet and serene it was! I wasnt expecting to find a brand new beautiful community in the middle of this residential area, but I'm glad I did. I spoke with Blair who said she was the community manager and she was a treat! She was thorough and patient with me as I am putting my home in Charlotte on the market and going to rent until the housing market shifts. I haven't rented in over 15 years so I am excited yet anxious to make this change, but Blair put my mind at ease by answering all my questions and making me feel at home. The apartments are gorgeous, slightly smaller than I'd like but it's a great chance to declutter! Also, since it's temporary, Blair also told me about a storage facility that the company owns not very far from here, so I'll be checking into that as well. Overall this was the best experience while apartment hunting I've had, and I will be submitting my application as soon as my house goes under contract.

I was impressed by the excellent location. It's easily accessible to all the amenities one could want, including major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. The friendly staff were attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome and valued as a potential resident. Overall, Emery Village seems like an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. The prime location and helpful staff make it a wonderful apartment complex that I'm seriously considering.

This place is a new construction and it seemed very convenient for the prices. However, it has ended up being the worse rental experience I have had. This is definitely not a good place to live. I am fighting to get my money back after 3 changes in my move in date.

Their listings are not true I applied in August for a unit with September 14th move in. Every person I talk to before I applied said nothing about a change and date for the moving time frame. Once I was approved I didn't hear anything back for over 5 days. I had to reach out repeatedly until I was notified that they don't even have a permit to rent and are "hoping to be open for renting by the end of October". Completely ridiculous, now I'm stuck waiting indefinitely and having to look for a new place with comparable prices with an earlier move in. Off to a terrible start, AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
