I just moved here a week ago from Louisiana. I have been experiencing Hurricane evacuations almost every summer for the past 10 years. Emerson was/is very welcoming after all we have been through. As an older Veteran, I thank them very much.

-Lack of communication -Little to no parking at night -Certain staff 1-2 hours late on the weekends. -The dog park is full of poop and the gate is currently broken, now we are unable to use the dog park. -The residents talk with each other and state how rude the maintenance techs are. -If you are living in a unit that is on the first floor the noise can be unbearable with inconsiderate neighbors. -If you live in a unit that is on the second floor it tends to get really hot and sometimes the air conditioning would go out. -The units are cheaply built and has no type of insulation. -All that is provided on the second floor units are carpet to try the noise for downstairs residents. -A positive is that the area is nice and has the potential be to be something especially with the new homes that are being built.
