Property Ratings at Emerald Victoria Apartments
In my experience at this apartment complex, theft has been a recurring problem. Unfortunately, the majority of the premises lacks security cameras, with only 2% of the area being monitored. This is in stark contrast to other nearby apartment complexes, which have an abundance of surveillance cameras installed. Despite the rent being comparable to these neighboring complexes, I have had my bicycle stolen from a supposedly secure car parking area within the apartment complex. Moreover, there have been multiple reports of vehicle break-ins on the premises, with the lease agreement stating that management will not be held liable. Despite bringing these incidents to the attention of the management, they have refused to consider installing security cameras.
I've been a resident of Emerald Victoria for years and I could never complain, 2 months ago a family of ducks decided to live here and turned the pool area into a real horror show. There is duck poop everywhere and despite complaints from residents the manager does nothing about it, today we can't use the leisure area, the pool has become a dirty lake and there are flies everywhere which is disgusting. I'm very disappointed with the current situation as this place used to be nice and beautiful and now it's nothing but disgusting.
