About Emerald Pointe Apartments
Great family location near freeways and UCR! We have a park, pool, playground,laundry room and Garages (at an extra fee) with spacious floorplans and affordable rates to cater to our residents. Please come take a tour All our units take 30 days to prepare for our new residents AFTER they have signed and committed with a deposit. When it says "available now" it means we can begin the leasing process but you will no be able to actually move in until the apartment is ship shape. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to meeting you.
