Toured the property after liking what I saw online. In person you can immediately tell this complex isn’t well maintained. Checked the reviews after leaving and makes sense why every review has something do to with maintenance because the place is falling apart and multiple units smelled musty.

I have always loved this community. It does seem lately.It has been a little rowdy. Hoping that that is settling down soon. Maybe it was due to the eclipse and people possibly from out of town visiting. There have been a lot of motorcycles and loud vehicles around here after hours and late in the evening.Loud engines and motorcycles also quite often. Our hope is to be here another year or 2 or more years ,but if things don't change we may have to look elsewhere. Our community has always been very quiet. And kept well and beautiful.We are hoping it continues to be that way.

Just terrible, went downhill immediately after we moved in 2 years ago. Loud excessive noises that aren’t addressed at all. Even with proof or bout to managements attention. Very disappointed!

Embree Hill Apartments disappoint with consistent gate malfunctions, undermining security. Furthermore, the shared amenities, for which residents pay, are frequently occupied by individuals from neighboring complexes, diminishing exclusivity and value. This intrusion not only compromises privacy but also dilutes the experience intended for paying residents. The management's inability to address these recurring issues reflects poorly on their commitment to resident satisfaction and overall upkeep. While the apartments themselves may offer some comfort, the persistent problems with security and amenity access significantly detract from the overall living experience. With only two stars, fails to meet expectations for a satisfactory living environment, highlighting the need for substantial improvements in management and infrastructure maintenance. Prospective residents should approach with caution and consider alternative options for a more reliable and secure living arrangement

I love my apartment. I just don’t like the parking . If you have more then one vehicle parking sucks. They are always working on the gate. Other than that it not bad.

Experience here for the most part has been ok. The biggest problem is the bugs all around the outside. Especially the spiders. There are spider webs all over like its Halloween all year round.

Gate is always broken, and the people in the office never want to help. The restrooms in both gyms are always locked yet this is one thing they charge on you bill

I really enjoy the beautiful swimming pools. They are so relaxing. It is a great atmosphere. And the Barbecues are also nice. The whole property is lite up at night. I feel very comfortable walking my dog at night.

So far I love the neighborhood and I peaceful it feels. Lots of space to enjoy a great walk around the neighborhood. Although I haven’t been there as long as some of the other residents I still feel comfortable.

Pool is always dirty, random people are always in it. Main gate is always broken so anybody can just drive in, theirs never any parking spots past 10pm restrooms by the gym are always locked.

Internet outage has caused a lot of problems. If we weren’t contracted to only have AT&T I think things would be better. We have no internet but are expected to pay rent.

I love the property and my apartment but the parking is the worst. I also love the fact that they listen to suggestions to make the community a place.

Im not satisfied with this apartment complex. For the past five months there has been a shooting in my building, exit gate was broken for 2 weeks before they came and fixed it, people from the neighboring complex sneak in to use the amenities that we pay for, parking is terrible, stairs are always dirty and always with spiders, bugs but we pay a pest fee never have seen them actually taking care of that. It’s supposed to be a closed gated community but must of the time at night the exit gate stays open. It is not worth your time, energy. We thought moving here was going to help us become more relax, less stressed, but it has been the complete opposite. If you can avoid this complex. And find something better for your own sake.

I've been a resident here almost 4 years come this Summer. The office staff, Property Manager, and the Maintenance team have been able to address my concerns, answer any questions I have, and communicate with me in a timely manner. My building is pretty quiet. It's a little busier in the complex now that the new buildings are open, but that was expected. I suggest paying for covered parking to ensure a parking spot.

Only been here for about a week or so but I have very much enjoyed my time here so far. We had an issue with the sink and it was fixed the next day. Both the gyms, and pools are nice, and the smart features in the apartment are great as well. The office staff has been nothing but accommodating and welcoming since moving in. Love it here so far, definitely would recommend.

So far so good. It’s quiet and everyone is friendly. The grounds are kept clean and I love how there is valet trash. It’s super convenient. My favorite thing will most definitely be the pool though. Always kept clean and sparkling.

I love the apartments very nice qnd and quite if there was one the they could change I would say cleanup of the spider on my building and a power was on the stairs

Lived on the 2 bed and was excellent experience now i am living in the 1 bed and literally love the area of these apartment always calm would definitely recommend moving here
