Located on Orlando's northeast side, Oviedo is directly north of the University of Central Florida, a large research university, and Central Florida Research Park. Elmhurst is a great place to live. The staff is friendly, the apartments are spacious, and the community is quiet.
Living at Elmhurst Village for almost 5 years, has been very pleasant. This is a safe and well maintained property. Office staff are helpful and maintenence are efficient. The amenities are also extremely nice with a pool & grill, indoor pool table and comfortable sitting area

It’s a decent place to live. If You don’t need help from management. leasing used to answer the phone all the time now it seems like they never do. When I first moved here. I could definitely recommend this place to people at this point. I really couldn’t recommend this place to people.

I’m in my Elleventh year and I’m not getting the service from maintenance so it disturbs me a great deal plus when I call the leasing office, nobody picks up the phone usually.

Overalls, Elmhurst is a wonderful community and truly a great place to live. Individual apartment issues may arise but of course that depends and maintenance is available for anything. The team and staff are extremely on top of everything and very professional. The exterior is also very safe and pet friendly.

First of all, the building were built very solid with not much wood. building 7 is in the back and quiet. Overall, the whole community is quiet. I do not participate in any activities because I'm too old but i"m happy to be living here

Polite staff for the most part. If you have any maintenance concerns don’t expect it to get done for a very long time. 3rd floor apartments most likely leak and have mold as we’ve been in 2 different ones and that’s been the case for both. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the address is convenient like it is for us.

Don’t waste your money living here. They charge a monthly for valet trash. This service is not optional. Not only has our trash bin been stolen by our neighbors, when we did have a trash bin, it didn’t have a lid and the squirrels tore holes in both sides. This neighborhood has a terrible squirrel and raccoon issue and they fault the residents when the squirrels tear holes in the trashcan to tear out the trash inside. They will fine you for your trash being torn out through the sides of the trashcan or for trash that someone else placed in there. The manager refuses to speak to anyone over the phone and won’t answer her email but will be happy to take your money.

Elmhurst is not a bad place to live, however, if you are a professional that communicates well and is looking for that in return, then this is not the place for you. You won't get a callback and that's just something you'll have to deal with. If you want to be treated fairly and not be overcharged then this is not the place for you. If you want to be regarded as a family that's being protected by this complex, then this isn't the place for you. The latest maintenance team however has been the best thing since we moved here. Again, not a bad place to be just not for a family with kids that are active and require service when we need it.

I relocated to FL from NC and signed a lease without ever visiting the property in-person ahead of my move in date. The photos and floor plans online do a great job of illustrating what you will be getting. The staff was incredible throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. Upon moving in, their were some minor issues within my unit, but maintenance came and corrected these issues in less than 24 hours of me being here. They even helped carry a dresser upstairs! Overall, this property is very friendly, clean, and convenient to everything. My dog and I are happy to call Elmhurst Village home.

Unit has been plagued with issues since the day we moved in, and all of which took months for repair: broken HVAC, resulting in skyrocket (double) bills; continuous broken/overflowing toilet, rendering bathroom inoperable and floor replacement; extreme bug infestation, which has impacted quality of life/unsanitary conditions. Pay rent on time without any offer for compensation caused by stress, time, and money lost. Staff seems nice enough; however, issues are not resolved in a timely manner. The property has potential if management/maintenance can improve to provide better quality customer service and care as people have options on where to invest their money.

I loved it but now I just like it here. The rent increase was extreme. The trash valet has issues with inconsistent pick up/ trash can/squirrel issues. Currently my neighbor just puts the bag out and the wildlife drags trash down the hall. He also does not pick up after his dog (looks around to make sure he is not seem not picking up after his pet- but he doesn't look up!)

The units are not representative of the model. Maintenance has many excuses but does not maintain the property effectively. The security gates provide no security for the property. It's easy to miss the drive as they no longer have light on the community sign. RENTER BEWARE.

This place states luxury but is not. They are taking advantage of market for renters right now so prices are crazy. Things are very average if not fair. The only thing luxury is the leasing office. They cut corners to save money. Maintenance is overloaded and has way too many things to do at once. Expectations are low for things to make this living experience better.

Ever since Greystar took over, it went downhill from there. Used to be very great, but now they've forgot to care about their residents.

Elmhurst Village is such a great community. It is such a safe place surrounded with nice neighbors. The maintence team is SO great and the garbage service is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I love living at Elmhurst!

I like the ambiance of this apartment complex. The location is close to E. Orlando and Oviedo and various highways. I love the different age groups that live here. I like the pool and the deck with the furniture.

The location is perfect. We love that its tucked back off the road and we feel very safe here. The highway is so close and everything that we need is close by. The property is beautiful and amenities are just what we love! The leasing staff is friendly and accommodating and the maintenance crew is top-notch! The community is quiet but very friendly! We love gathering with our neighbors at the free bi-weekly events provided by ApartmentLife. Theres something for every age and stage of life at Elmhurst! We highly recommend that you come home here!
I sold my house where I lived for 28 years in Oviedo. I was delighted to find Elmhurst Village and have felt right at home here. l like the location and the residents, the pool and the many walking areas for dogs, including clean-up bags. I especially love the many different age groups here. The environment is similar to my home neighborhood.
