Property Ratings at Elm Place Apartments
About 5 mins walking distance to TWU. If you live on the first floor, you can hear your neighborhoods upstairs and pets walking around. The walls are thin enough that you can hear your neighbors conversation in the bathroom or hear people walking outside. There are pipes outside of the building that runs inside the food pantry. The kitchen has a fake vent that goes through the other bed room. The working washer cost .75 cent and the broken dryer cost .50 cent. The laundry room has no lights, the door is kept open with the trash can and there the floor is covered with leaves. Only one washer and dryer. The walls have wasp nest. Contact with the property manger is very poor. He doesn't respond through email, text or phone call. At night people will shove pamphlets through the front door. Other than that it is safe.
