Elm Grove

Hello everyone! i made a call and received alot of helpful advice and appreciated Marlena's assistance and tour of property! Easy access to area and near the highway.

Great Overall Review Ms Toni the property and the office staff is really great very quite apartment and very clean and organized, maintenance is really great too.

I gave a 60 day notice AND I moved out early! I was charged over 1,200 for not enough notice given! Now I cannot reach anyone to have them take that fee off and get it off my credit report!! I not only emailed Toni BUT I signed a paper in the office!!! I turned my keys on a week before I was due to be out!!!!! Had a great amazing year there with ZERO ISSUES then this!!!!!

Maintainence right on top of things. Never a day's wait. Property clean and well-kept. Toni and Rachael in the front office know everyone by name, very involved and helpful. Walls not too thin and all neighbors I have met are personable and nice. Right across the street from elementary school! If you have kids, that's a plus also. Only drawback is no playground, but there's a community one within walking distance.

Toni is amazing she has been so helpful. Looking for a new apartment and answeing the questions I really needed answered regarding the community. Cant wait till to be there.

The staff here goes above and beyond! Toni the office manager is so sweet and helpful! Love her! The maintenance staff is fast and efficient! If your looking for a place to call home I highly recommend this community!

Great apartments. The staff is very friendly. Lots of big trees for shade. And the neighborhood is really quiet. One of the things I really love about this apartment is, the staff doesn't see you as just another tenant they treat you like family. So if you are looking for a place to call home....elm grove is the place for you!

Elm Grove is an older set of apartments nestled in a cozy suburban neighborhood in Kingwood. The floorplans are reasonably priced, especially considering the area. My husband and I have been in our apartment for about a year and we've had a good experience overall. The manager of the complex is incredibly nice and attentive. The complex is perfect for renters with children as it is conveniently located across the street from Elm Grove Elementary and the middle school and high school are just up the road. It's a quiet complex with a nice homey feeling.

If you are a light sleeper, don't live here. It is directly across from an elementary (which is great for me) but there is frequent road blockage because of the pick up system at the school. It is down the road from the neighborhood pool & during the season you can here the air horn starting & finishing the races at 6 am on Saturdays. The maintenance men are very nice but they (or the complex) don't do enough work. I had to personally clean out the area outside my door as it was overgrown with pine needles & trash in it. The place is VERY dated & although they are working on upgrading it, they also raised the rent at least a hundred dollars for every floor plan. It's nice to be close to a park, but the parking is very limited ( I park on the street) & the "upgrades" they';ve made such as painting the area around the pool has been worse! They painted it a darker color & now it is SO hot you cannot walk around the pool without shoes on. Very nice office staff, but the water has never been fixed in my place. The temperature fluctuates wildly & has scalded my son occasionally. When you turn the faucet on in the shower it starts at hot & then you turn the knob to cold. Not smart. It should start on cold & then turn the knob to get hot. Again scalded myself & my son before. They got new pool furniture but took away all the tables & umbrellas & did not replace them. Not a lot of shade by the pool so you better enjoy the sun.
