The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Elk Ridge
I regret moving into this apartment for two reasons. One the managements are very rude and unprofessional. Two there is cockroaches.
Facilities are nice. No visitor parking(supposedly), can't back into parking spaces, no overnight visitor parking, pestsvarious wasps nests and spider homes) and the staff are something else. I had an issue with one of the property managers where she was making up rules about visitor parking. I had a friend park over night and she was going to tow his car that day without warning. The lease says that there needs to be three notices and a 24 hour warning. She told us she was going to tow it that day even though it's against the lease.i asked questions about visitor parking but I think she assumed I was attacking her in which she retaliated by cursing at me and making various threats my friend and I. I would only recommend if you absolutely have no where else to go.
For what it is it is good. The apartments are really nice for the price in Colorado everything is expensive. No complaints really except the fact there isn't really visitor parking they have to park miles away to visit you.
these apartments are nice showered the manager sometimes can be very unprofessional other then that great place to live
