I really enjoy how kind the leasing office is. My only complaint would be the lack of office space in the computer room we have up front.... it is very, very tiny and closes at 6.

Not only is the location amazing, living here was a really great experience! Nestled between Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood, walkable access to two great neighborhoods with the goldline stop right outside to take you into uptown. Amazing amenities: free coffee in lobby, gym & fitness studio kept fairly clean, cute courtyards with fire pits, and a pretty pool area kept super clean and very peaceful. Management was excellent and very friendly, any requests completed in a timely manor. Loved living here! Highly recommend!

Apartments are beautiful and spacious. Not much storage. Great amenities and friendly staff. Great location. Cons- the windows are insanely thin and should probably be replaced. You can hear everything on the street and the highway. Also a lot of people moved in with not friendly dogs. It’s been hard to use the dog park or walk my dog when their dogs are snarling at my pup

Good place to live! I love the dog park and the walkability of the neighborhood. Being beside Independence does make it a little loud but good other than that.

Location great. Water pressure and noise on 5th floor 4 stars. Otherwise, a great place to live. Super dog friendly. Front office staff very nice. Have some trouble with package delivery sometimes but just due to extra security measures.

Have had an overall good experience here! Staff and neighbors are friendly and we love the area. We do wish the rec area was open 24/7 since it is one of the amenities and is not currently open outside of office hours.

I love our apartment! If rent doesn't change, I don't see us going anywhere else anytime soon. Haven't had any issues, staff is always nice, pretty quiet too. Love the valet trash and being able to open stuff from the app. Can't wait to use the pool this year! I wish they would make it heated that would be so cool

Overall I love living here. Been in my apartment for over a year now and I don’t want to leave. The neighborhood is walkable. Great events are held by the apartment. No problems with neighbors. Everyone that comes by wants to move here and I tell them to!

Love the home town feel of this apartment. Everything is quiet and tucked away. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Gym and pool area are always kept clean and in nice condition.

Overall very good experience. My only issue is that entrances often smell like pet urine. Wish pet owners would be better about picking up after their pets too

Living here has been pretty great! No complaints about the apt as a whole. Rent prices are the only main struggle but that’s everywhere. Living in the one bedroom “jackson” style facing one of the side courtyards has been nice and quiet.

The staff is very attentive and responsive with a willingness to make your living experience better. The amenities are nice and the apartments are clean and functionable. The only downside is I live on the noisier side of the complex and can constantly hear the traffic outside.

Definitely the nicest apartments we were able to find with our budget. It's a little on the higher end but Elizabeth Square is very nice! We love the pool and gym and our apartment! Hope to be able to keep affording rent here. :)

Great neighborhood with lots of food and activities near by! The staff and maintenance crew is awesome when needed. The only negative is that it is close to highway so you get a lot of noise!

I love living at Elizabeth Square. The staff and maintenance are friendly. It’s a great location to walk to downtown plaza Midwood and lots of great restaurants and breweries/bars.

Great apartment. Great services. Just wish the place was professionally cleaned when we received the apartment. Sometimes the hallways smell like weed.

Quiet living, valet trash and no issues so far. Very dog friendly. Love that the fifth floor is only accessible from one side of the apartments.

Its definitely been an experience. It's a decent apartment in a really good neighborhood. It's a corporate owned complex, so expect your rent to go up and your amenities to stay the same or even decline. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to most problems.

Apartments are a great size for a great price, in a fantastic location. Applicators are a little dated but nothing to complain about. Would recommend living here!

Living is great. In some ways you can tell that it is an older building, but location and amenities are amazing. Looking forward to summer time when the pool opens, and the weather is decent to walk around more.

I absolutely love my new apartment home at Elizabeth Square! Elizabeth Square provided me with the floorplan of my Work From Home dreams, beautiful apartment features and amenities, and an amazing community to call home. My dog loves the pet park, the walkability of the neighborhood, and the giant windows in our unit! The staff continues to provide the same excellent service I was given during my leasing experience.

I LOVE IT HERE! I am going on my 5th year residing here. I love that my apartment has street access, it's next to a dog park, and within waking distance of everything I need. The parking garage is a great plus, but also street parking and to be available at all times. Can't wait until they start the trolly! The people are nice, the office/maintenance staff are amazing, and the amenities are fun. Highly recommend.

My roommates and I have been so pleased so far. Our 3-bedroom apartment is gorgeous and has a great view of the Charlotte skyline with an over-sized balcony. The location is perfect, since I can walk to many places. Johnathan is a phenomenal leasing agent, and we wouldn't be here without his incredibly help and patience. Keep in mind the apartment does border the highway (its visible from our apartment) but if that won't bother you, then the place is close to perfect.

I've been here for about a year and the place is great. Location is perfect for me since I work in plaza midwood, the only thing I've had problems with is construction but that's not their fault. Staff is quick with replies and when I have questions that need to be answered face to face they've done well to satisfy my needs, thanks again Johnny! All in all, 5/5.

E2 is the PERFECT location for living in Charlotte! I have been here for nearly and year and honestly, I've not heard any noise from any neighbors on any sides. How many units in this area can profess that level of privacy? Every Work Order I've submitted has been addressed in less than 24 hours. I'm very happy I landed here. Randall P.
