Property Ratings at Elevation at the Village
There is absolutely not enough parking and management is doing nothing to alleviate the problem. The door of our “secure” building has been broken for 6 months. These should be high priorities but nothing is done.
They lie about price transparency, there's crickets and other bugs in the apartments, there's no assigned covered parking, good luck finding a spot. Management never answers emails.
Nicely constructed community with elevators in every building which seems hard to find in Gilbert. The amenities are amazing, huge fitness center, beautiful clubhouse and pool area especially for a smaller community. We love the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping.

Moved in recently and I have to say my apartment and staff if great! I have an amazing view of the SanTan Village mall! The office girls Jennifer and Sabrina are kind and very caring with helping me set up my little bird. Maintenance guys are very quick with their responses time. Units are amazing, location is close to mall area, to golf, and main event plenty to do around here and the staff maintenance and office are extremely helpful on a scale of 1-10 I just can’t even place is amazing
