The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Elevation at Country Line Station
As I am in process of moving out in the couple of months. I have chosen to update my review unfortunately my review of the place has declined. First let start off saying the Nicole and Yolanda are extremely awesome! On another note there is a worker in the office who does not know how to speak to residents with respect. This is not the first time that she has been disrespectful and in my professional opinion definitely needs to find another line of work. My opinion of this complex has taken a negative turn. Some residents here are dirty and it shows; people leave poop bags everywhere. Trash bins are always extremely overflowing. Hallways are dirty. I used to work in property management and corporate really needs to spend the money updating things on the property. Elevators are in need of updates. The walls have chunks missing and peeling. Unfortunately in the past few months it seems like a lot of residents have moved in and don’t seem to care about taking care of the property. My biggest pet peeve is you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. I was woken up at 4 due to my next door neighbor making tons of noise. You can hear people out in the hallways. Definitely don’t live under anyone as you will get annoyed by the poor structure of these buildings. Since you will hear them start their dryer and vacuum the floors. Like I have said before the developer used cheap materials to build this complex. To me these apartments are not worth the amount of rent you are being charged. I would not recommend these apartments based on the apartment itself. I would recommend the customer service you get from some of the leasing staff.
We've lived here for a year and it would be an understatement to say that the customer service was underwhelming - it's horrible. Every time the elevators fail the office staff and manager wants to pretend like it's our problem. The elevator was out for 6 days! It's repetitive with just about any interaction. Be careful when you try to leave too.

We regret to hear that you feel this way about management. It is our goal to ensure we are providing the best possible resident experience. We do apologize that the elevator was out of order due to damage. We personally called every resident in the building to let them know the inconvenience and see if they needed anything. We would like the opportunity to discuss your concerns in personally. Please stop by the office or give us a call directly so we can review your move out. Sincerely, Elevation Management
I have lived here since end of 2016. Elevations staff has been nothing but wonderful. Although, we have had a decent amount of turn-over in the office staff, every employee on the property is knowledgeable, hospitable, and my favorite part, greets you with a warm smile. The maintenance staff is the back-bone of the community, responds to 99% of my requests within 2 hours and 100% within 24 hours. The apartments are modern, clean, and affordable. The common areas and hallways are cleaned multiple times a week. Trash room can get messy, parking can be a pain, recycling bins can get over-filled, but it is a large community and a quick call to the team fixes these problems. Thanks Elevation!

Read the other review about the apartments being in disrepair! Apartments are new, but were damaged (huge gouges in fake wood flooring) before move in, common areas are not maintained-damaged, trash, etc. And worst of all-Property Management is truly ridiculous!! They are unresponsive, and they lie!! They are wonderful to get you to move in, but once you're here, they could not care less about their residents. Renter beware!!

We just moved into these apartment two months ago, we love the amazing amenities including granite counter tops and stainless steal appliance, as well as a new washer and dryer. We are the first people to live in the apartments. Love the roof top mezzanine with all the extra things included - TV, computer work stations, pool, coffee machines - great place to live! Great location too - easy access to the light rail and close to downtown Denver.
At Elevations, you get the best experience at the best possible price for the area. The location is amazing, being withing walking distance of the mall, food, and light rail. They've the apartments have low noise from the outside and the interiors are unreal. The rooftop mezzanine is also an incredible feature, with 2 televisions, free wifi, a grill, and an outdoor seating area. If all this isn't enough, the commuter's lounge has bicycles that you can check out, computers available, and snacks and coffee. I'm sure I've left a bunch out, so stop by and see for yourself!
This apartment complex is unique community. You actually know your Neighbors most nights you will find a lot of them watching the sunset over the mountains. This is a new complex so all appliances are new too!
Brand new building is already in disrepair. Onsite management and corporate management have done little to nothing to address the issues. Mis-matched paint, Holes in common walls, consistently broken elevator and key fab door, un-stocked supplies in common areas, overflowing garbage dumpsters that are open to full view, unclean all the way around. For a great location and so many new apartments near by the standard should be higher.

I moved in to the Elevations about 3 months ago and have nothing but great things to say. The staff is incredible...in every way. They are inviting and sincerely nice. I know most if not all of them very well. Members of the community are talkative and enjoy socializing. It is very refreshing living in a place that feels more like family, especially in this day and age. They have a great place to hang out and watch the sunset and grill some burgers at the same time. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to live, this is it. Come join the fun.
