Awesome Place. So excited to call Elevate at Tryon my home! The staff is also very kind and cooperative.

Elevate at Tryon- Unique Uptown Living provides incredible quality and complete. it's worth keeping in mind if you work in town or the Lincoln Park neighborhood!

Elevate at Tryon is a very nice and clean property. The staff and the community amenities are amazing. There is a lot in walking distance e,g Sports venue, concert venues, restaurants.

Loved the experience my Fiance and I had living here! Jess and her team are so welcoming and nice! Our apartment was clean and fully functional and we had no issues with any of the appliances during our 1 year lease! Definitely recommend this.

This apartment complex has terrible management and is in for a cheap fix to all problems. Hallways smell and construction workers are always walking around. Does not feel safe and building is not upkept. Understand that you get what you pay for and the building is supposed to be "charming and historic" however the roach infestation and mold throughout my kitchen was unacceptable. Had numerous bad experiences with the leasing office trying to get maintenance requests completed and paperwork filed. All was due to lack of communication in their office.

I’ve been here for the good, the bad, and the ugly! Alison and her team have done a fantastic job, which is still ongoing, to restore and preserve this marvelous piece of Charlotte history. Michelle Spicer tenant since 1990

Wonderful historic building. Love my neighbors and AM Realty is really turning this place around. Tons of renovations and improvements happening all the time. Jess and Kait are helpful and pleasant. Please understand this is city living. You will see homeless people outside. You may smell an unpleasant smell every once in a while. If you are afraid of any of this, go live in the suburbs!

I scheduled a tour for today and I left my work for that, but the landlord never answered me. When I got to the apartment I was able to get in because there were people working on construction there. First there were some homeless around, and didn’t seem to be a safe area at all. Then inside it was very dirty and the smell was terrible. If you’re looking for a safe place this place shouldn’t be considered. And if you’re also looking for a clean place, this isn’t the one.

I didn't want to live in one of the big box new construction locations. I wanted something that felt more like a condo and this is it. You can tell the building has good bones. Construction just isn't the same these days. Although the management is off site they are very responsive. I couldn't be happier.

I L.O.V.E my apartment. I’ve been living here for about 6 years now and I can truly say this building is uptown hidden gem. Jessica is beyond amazing! She’s professional, hard-working, informative and has a beautiful spirit. She’s always willing to help. She makes you feel like family instead of business. Allison is very helpful as well. The owners are doing great things when it comes to this historic building. I am so impressed. The location is amazing.

Really cool and historic building located in a great part of Uptown! Management is super attentive and everyone I’ve met has been super friendly.

So many great improvements being made to this wonderful building! Can’t wait to move in. The property manager is so kind and helpful.

I have lived here for about two years now and I love the convenience of being able to walk to work uptown. There are so many things to do and my friends are all envious of my walk-ability to hornets/panthers/knights/Charlotte FC games and more. Building has lots of character and is well kept and currently being renovated! Excited to see what changes are made and looking forward to more good times here at the Tryon house.

I have lived at the Tryon House Apartments for a while now and it has been my favorite place in charlotte so far! It is in the perfect location to walk to anything you need. Also, the site manager is outstanding and always makes sure maintenance requests get taken care of immediately. Very welcoming and makes it feel like home!

Tryon house management has done some wonderful work on the remodels. The living space looks and feels completely refreshed. The site manager also does an awesome job with keeping up on requests and getting any work handled quickly. Great work!
