I love living here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The amenities are great with swimming pool, gym,pool table, dog spa, car wash, fire pits and grills. The only thingthat is missing is a play area for kids.

If you are young and don’t mind the noise, slamming doors , and barking dogs it’s nice . I would advise moving into the 3rd floor if possible, I’m on the 1st and the young man above me sounds like a Clydesdale Horse galloping back and forth . The Property Manager is fantastic, she’s always been super accommodating and helpful. I really don’t know if they enforce the parking permit rule. I’ve come back late some evenings and have to end up parking down at the dog park .. walking by you occasionally see cars without permits.

Living here has been such a wonderful experience. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed — everything from the layout to the finishes makes it feel like home. The maintenance team is responsive and always quick to fix any issues, which gives me so much peace of mind. One of my favorite things about this community is the amenities. The fitness center is well-kept, and the coffee station is such a nice treat. The common spaces are always spotless, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping everything looking its best. The management team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Communication is clear, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. The apartments and residences are really nice plus its conveniently located next to some of my favorite places as well some soon to been new favorite local spots . I’ve lived a few places, but Elevate Navarre hits the sweet spot. The location’s perfect — close to everything without being stuck in everything. The pool and clubhouse are great places to relax or catch up with friendly faces. It’s got a real community feel without being overbearing. Inside the apartment, I was surprised how well everything is laid out. Spacious, smart, and comfortable, with bonus points for the full-size fridge and stackable washer/dryer — little things that make a big difference. And I’ve got to say - Ali, Ashley & Chris, the management staff are top notch. Friendly, responsive, and they actually care. That kind of thing matters more than people realize. It just works here. Quiet when you want it, social when you need it, and a place that genuinely feels like home.

I have never experienced such pampering during just a TOUR, let alone a move in experience like i have at Elevate. WOW. just WOW. The customer service from these ladies is hands down the best experience to have as moving is already stressful enough. My mother in law is elderly and struggles with technology. Courtney and Ali assisted in getting her signed up in all of the apps for packages, trash and the resident portal. The patience that these 2 young ladies maintained with her, makes me byond grateful knowing that she is well taken care of. GREAT JOB LADIES!!!!!!!!

Great Location. The pool and office are nice place to hang out. Apartments are spacious and laid out extremely well. The full size fridge and stackable washer and dryer are a nice bonus! Can’t wait for the cooler weather and and enjoy the screened in porch.

Apartment community has a lot of amenities. I have only been in my unit for a day but hope to utilize them all in the future. The community is a well maintained and the other residents are friendly. The location is ideal as well close to beaches, groceries, restaurants and more.

WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is a complete nightmare. The rent is insanely overpriced, the staff is rude, unprofessional, and they clearly do not care about residents. All they see are dollar signs—they treat people like wallets to be drained, not human beings who deserve decent living conditions. They’ll tow your car at 7 PM without hesitation, but can’t even handle the basics like trash pickup. Sometimes it’s 9 PM, sometimes it’s skipped completely—and yet if YOU leave your trash can out before or after their “approved times,” they’ll fine you. Total hypocrisy. Maintenance is useless. The AC constantly breaks, but the unit is locked so you can’t even fix it yourself. If it happens after hours, you’re stuck sweating all night because no one is available to help. The stove randomly stops working too, and they don’t treat it like an urgent issue—they’ll “come when they feel like it.” Half the time, the mailroom doesn’t even work, and they don’t send codes so you can’t access your own packages. And don’t forget—you’re paying sky-high rent to live in a complex that sits right on a noisy highway. So even if your AC is working, you still don’t get peace or comfort. This place is overpriced, stressful, and run by staff who do not care about you. They make up rules as they go, fine you for their own mistakes, and ignore residents when it’s inconvenient. For what they charge, it’s a complete scam. Save your money, your peace of mind, and your sanity. Do NOT live here—you’ll regret it.
Everything is great from staff to the amenities to the permanent self great place to live. 10 out of 10 would recommend Very close to the beach as well

Worse place I've ever lived in. Dog poop every where even on stairs. Neighborhood isn't kid friendly. Gate is always broke. Pool always needs maintenance. Office did nothing about the people living upstairs from me who were stomping all day and night well into 2 am. Would not recommend not worth the money or headache.

Thank you for your feedback. The pool has only been shut down 1 time for 4 days since opening in 2022. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Looking back at your file we did make contact regarding your noise complaint. We would be happy to contact them again if you would like to submit a formal complaint to the leasing office. We have a full-time grounds keeper that is consistently picking up dog waste and power washing daily. We also fine anyone for not picking up after their pet. Contact the office at 850-979-5600 with any concerns and we would be happy to assist.
After being a resident at Elevate Navarre for almost 2 1/2 years, my overall rating is still excellent. From the management and maintenance teams to the location, amenities, quietness and pleasant surroundings, I am so very thankful to be living here.

Location is great. Noise level is low. Staff is attentive. Only thing I would suggest is that it would be nice to have the outdoor furniture covers (chairs) replaced due to wear/tear/stains. Otherwise, amenities are very nice.

Management and property upkeep is amazing. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. We just wish there was a play area for kids, as that seems to be the only thing this place lacks.
