Kind Staff, helpful maintenance, good amenities. Lived here for a year (oct2022 - Present ) and have had 0 issues. If there was an issue, it was corrected quickly - so there are o complaints. Very convenient location.
I guess my neighbors I’m stuck between are just inconsiderate, but you can hear their speakers or surround sound bass clear throughout the whole apartment. Noise is expected in communal living, but if you get some bad neighbors, this place can make it a terrible place to live. Everything else about it is great.

The tour and application process was a breeze; the best (and fastest!) one I've ever had. I found this place online on a Monday afternoon, called for an appointment and toured it a couple of hours later, submitted my application in the office right after my tour, got approved and signed my lease that next morning and got my keys the morning after that - less than 48 hours from the time I found it online until I could move in. I also love that the unit I saw online looks exactly how it did in person. The kitchen could use a few more cabinets or a pantry, but that was an easy fix by purchasing a storage cabinet. The walls seem a little thin, but my neighbors are courteous; so, it's not excessive noise at all, and I'm not bothered by normal apartment-living sound. All of the staff (especially Tiffany! but everyone else I've encountered so far, too) has been so helpful and kind. I'm so glad I chose this complex.

I recently moved to Raleigh for school and chose to rent from Elevate at Brier Creek. Overall, these apartments are wonderful! The leasing application and move in process was easy and painless. So far, the staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. Tenants have access to a pool, multiple grilling areas, a 24 hour gym, a dog park, and close access to a greenway behind the complex. Likewise, the apartment complex does a good job with sustainability practices, evidenced by trash compactors and recycling areas that tenants have access to. The apartments themselves are a very high quality with high ceilings, an open floor plan, and an amazing closet/laundry room! I was really happy to see the newer appliances that come with the apartments, and also very pleasantly surprised at how clean the apartment was on move in day! The best part about these apartments, in my opinion, are the concrete flooring and thick walls; I very rarely hear my neighbors or anyone outside my apartment. Lastly, the location of these apartments is great! I am far enough from Raleigh that the traffic in the area doesn't really get too bad, but I'm simultaneously less than 10 minutes from some really cool shopping centers, less than 20 minutes from Durham and Cary, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh. I've rented a lot of apartments so far, but Elevate at Brier Creek are without a doubt my favorite so far. I highly recommend them.

This quiet community is conveniently located off the beaten trail in Raleigh and has all the amenities one would desire. Centrally located you have access to a variety of shopping and restaurant options , major hotel chains for family and friends , easy access to the airport and interstate all within 5 minutes time frame. Overall,this vibrant community has a lot to offer to it's diverse residents of all ages from students to seniors

I moved in 12/2020. The apartment was clean and everything was as expected. The management is very professional and prompt with requests. I have only had 1 maintenance request and it was completed timely. The apartment building is relatively quiet and the common area are in good condition.

Big shout out to Elevate at Brier Creek! Friendly & helpful staff, convenient location, reasonable rent, safe & clean. Havent had any issue with noise, our neighbors are all quiet. Really love ample natural light. Can be a bit noisy if your room is facing Globe Rd and youre sensitive to noise, but that can be easily fixed by a pair of ear plugs.

This is the best place I have lived. Its very clean, peaceful, and friendly people. The leasing agents are the best I have ever dealt with. I would recommend anyone to move here. Super close to your local shopping centers and grocery stores. Elevate Brier Creek are very informative when it comes to things regarding leasing office hours, weather, parking, etc anything in general. I love it here and wouldnt change anything.

This apartment is wonderful! The grounds are immaculate, my unit, while lived in, was spotless upon my move in, almost as if no one had ever lived there! The leasing process is quick and easy and I had Matthew help me along the way from my first tour to signing the lease. The location cannot be beat as you are near a large shopping complex, the airport, and several freeway exits that allow access to Cary, Raleigh, and Durham quickly. I love living here and am considering moving into a large unit in the summer!
