There is good and bad to this place, but overall, I can't recommend it for the price. Come renewal time, you can expect the rent to go up significantly. I've finally been pushed to my limit and need to admit this wasn't a good choice long term. A few issues: noise in the hall can be heard clearly in the apartment, barking dogs, some pet owners have aggressive dogs and pull the leash extra hard to keep a dog from coming after people in the hallway (please note, I love dogs and have one myself!) Parking garage is very tight and difficult to get in/out. Traffic is congested in general, due to the number of stores and bus station. Fortunately, the light rail construction is over... that was a nightmare. Maintenance could be improved and the maintenance man was surprisingly rude. Management could have a better attitude when contacted as well. The passive-aggressive tone is unnecessary. The way things are typically fixed is to put a band-aid on it or tell you it's not broken or non-functioning. I should't have to put in the same request more than once. The dryer doesn't work properly. It limits how long to dry as it's pre-programmed and no matter which one I use, they still come out wet. I simply want to select time and temp and press start. This is't an option. The washer is nice, though. Water pressure is better than most, but it's only a little warm by mid-day. I have gotten an actual hot shower maybe less than half of the time. Package room is convenient with secure lockers, but there are packages laying everywhere on the floor and one of mine was stolen since Amazon doesn't use the lockers. The gym is well equipped, the halls and common areas are kept very clean so it gives a good illusion, in my opinion. The apartments look good on the inside and have large balconies. There's a lot of cabinet and closet space and carpet in the bedroom is nice. I wish there was an option for carpet in the whole apartment, as it echoes even with furniture in it. The other day we received a scathing letter on our door accusing "our side of the building" for smoking weed in the apartment. After I got done laughing, I really was annoyed. I don't smoke anything - at all - and don't appreciate the accusatory tone in the letter. Is this all you have to concern yourselves with? "It's a non-smoking building" yea, have you walked into the garage lately? People smoke cigarettes right by the garage entrance, so I get a nice whiff of that when driving in. Save your money.

Want to give a shout out to Emily she's a wonderful property manager. She helped make my experience straightforward and very exciting. Huge props to her. I'm very happy with my new apartment. Great location and staff. Clean and new.

My apartment feels like it was designed specifically for me and the community in the building is lovely. The building itself provides many amenities and is always well-maintained. My interactions with staff are pleasant and they are remarkably effective as a team. I am very grateful.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and the experience has been fantastic. The move-in process was really easy, and Sabrina was incredibly helpful with everything I needed. The location is also great, making it convenient for all my daily activities. Highly recommend!

I have lived at Elevate for over a year now. It is by a ton of restaurants, the lake across the street and the mall. The staff here is amazing and they help you with anything you need. They have a dog park and a dog washing station that makes it really convenient for my puppy. Maintenance are friendly and always respond quickly! They recently had resident party with a DJ and it was really fun to meet other neighbors. The pool is super refreshing. If you are looking for the perfect apartment this is it!

Elevate has been my home for 4 years now. It is perfectly located in heart of Eden prairie, the staff and community has always been welcoming and friendly.

My wife and I love living here! The staff is so welcoming and helpful plus the complex is kept super clean. Maintenance is always on top of everything and always go above and beyond. The convience of the location makes getting your groceries, a quick bite to eat and/or personal needs a breeze and with a view of Purgatory Creek, you cannot go wrong here!

My husband and I just moved in and the team has been wonderful! The process was so easy and fast, the apartment is absolutely beautiful with a kitchen island and updated appliances. Plus the amenities are just fabulous, we use the grill & outdoor lounge/fire pit practically everyday! Not to mention it is a super convenient location with Costco, cub, Asia mall, Eden Prairie mall, & all the restaurants you can think of just a walk away! The building is even connected to one of the best restaurants Brick & Bourbon which is so fitting. Props to the Elevate Team & TimberlandPartners!

Beautiful Apartment complex and great location! Staff members are great to work with. The outside pool was open earlier then any other apartment building with a pool outside!

I have lived here for one year and decided to re-sign to keep staying here. The building is in a convenient location-- close to restaurants and shopping-- as well as the highway! I love my unit, I feel it is spacious for a one bedroom and thoughtfully designed with modern touches. I like the GE appliances. I have a beautiful view of the lake and see bald eagles from my window sometimes. The building's amenities are also very nice-- open common areas inside and outside with lots of seating and activity. The gym has everything one would need and I like that you have control of the overhead music and TV's in the gym. I pay for a garage spot, which I think is worth the price especially during the winter months I'm glad I have my spot. I've had some minor needs for maintenance during my time here and every time my requests are completed quickly and successfully. :) I'm really grateful for the maintenance team! It's easy to pay my rent online and overall I'm really glad I found this place and am enjoying my time staying here!

My husband and I absolutely love living here. The view of the lake is really pretty, the apartment although one of the smallest in Elevate comfortably houses us both and our two dogs. Our favorite amenities are the pool, grills, and gym. My personal favorite is also the self serve dog grooming bath next to the dog park. We love taking the dogs hiking around purgatory lake opposite the building and the longer hike down to staring lake with a fenced in forest dog park. We have had some maintenance issues with the heating at first but the team responds quickly and are very helpful. We plan to extend our lease and stay here until our renting journey ends.
