Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Element
just moved from here and I never leave a apartment review but I promised myself for this particular apartments I was going to leave a review to help out the next person looking to rent here. But particularly this is for apt 913 I feel so sorry for you. You will have flooding in your home every time it rains heavy, and with that, there is mold in the apartment so you will be coughing a lot I literally stopped coughing once I moved out they painted over the mold I believe they didn’t get rid of it as they said and there is mold under the carpet I believe too. There are roaches, and of course there is because they don’t do pest control until you call in about it….BUUUUTTT they will only do it in your home, so if your neighbors never call in about pest control your screwed. The apartments can go months even years without pest control because you have to call in which is so stupid I never lived in apartments that did that…. but money over roaches right? You’re electric bill will be extremely high because the apartments are so old. On average my electric was jumping between 350 to 450 dollars a month and I was so strict on my usage but it didn’t matter. Your a/c will run non stop during the summer and it will be still warm in the apartment. I’m new to Texas and they told me it’s because of the Texas heat but I’m in my new apartment in Texas and it’s freezing and not running all day! Paper thin walls outlets can’t hold heavy plugs wallpaper countertops lol bathtub painted cabinets don’t close ugh I can go on new managers every month the people in there now has been there a few months that’s a record lol anyway hope this helps anybody considering these apartments. Not worth the price at all but they can do that because of the surrounding area the stores and restaurants attractions but it’s not worth it if you’re sharing your home with roaches and you’re scared if it’s going to rain TOO hard. But you know what don’t take my word for it… move in.

They never process lease applications till your movement date and then if you get ahead with another and request money back they refuse. Further they deny giving virtual tours and misrepresent facts about unit critical for going ahead. Front desk is extremely rude and manager is always in some conference call. Not recommended at all.

This is our first time in 50 years to live in an apartment and we are totally enjoying the experience. We have been treated very well by the office staff. Element Apartments are older units but I feel they are kept up well and when we had a problem with our hot water, maintenance was here within an hour and got us going. Gary and Carolyn Burd
These apartments are cheaply upgraded (black appliances and rugged carpet), which isn’t very appealing. There’s no gate to get in (everyone can come and go). The A/C unit was so loud that you could hear it in videos taken in my room. The manager, Pamela was unprofessional throughout & would never get back in touch about issues. Bugs were also bad, even after pet control treated. 1/10 experience
Pros: Great parking and location Cons: Phones hardly get answered Maintenance takes a long time to come Older apartments Unreliable BUGS!
Jessica has been really helpful over the past few months! Come check out Element apartments if your looking for the best apartment managers!

Good price for the area. Good location, except for game day traffic. It can get pretty loud sometimes and there are roaches.
