The unincorporated community of Eldersburg rests in the southern portion of Carroll County. Sitting just a little over 20 miles west of Downtown Baltimore, this neighborhood contains over 30,000 residents, most of whom qualify as middle to upper-middle class. Fortunately, convenient local roads mitigate the neighborhood's size and pack most of what you need in a concentrated area.

Besides great stores and restaurants, local schools have made a name for themselves as well. Liberty High School gained prestige for its academics, award-winning extracurricular drama club and marching band. The neighborhood's suburban residential complexes retain a level of charm, particularly next to pretty natural parks and the grand Liberty Reservoir. Living in Eldersburg, you can surely see why Money Magazine ranked it 56th in its 2007 "Top 100 Places to Live" list.
