When I moved here earlier this year I was so overwhelmed with starting a new adventure in my life and the people and workers at Elate are very warm and welcoming. Which made this new like easier to obtain. I’m very thankful for everyone here who helps with apartment problems or just answering general questions. I will recommend Elate to all my friends.

Elate is a very nice community to live in. It is very quiet and very well maintained apartments.
Maintained so clean and quiet, the community that I could call home
I've lived at the Elate property for 14yrs now & I feel safe & secure in this community, esp being among neighbors tht are peaceful to continue to not question my environment.. esp, when coming in late at night as a single woman with the secured gate & up-grated entry system.. the location is perfect for local dining & shopping, plus activities & events in close surrounding..

My concern is overall the rent increase tht seems to constantly increase tremendously every year now & no consideration for how long a tenant has resided here & the fact tht no personal upgrades are done while living here.. I understand the cost of living can increase but until Elate took over ownership, it's never ever been such a high increase every single lease renewal.. many people are upset about it & moving out because of this main issue..

I love my apartment but the lack of a dog park is ridiculous with all the available areas one could easily be installed with a fence and a few benches. My 10% renewal fees alone would pay a good portion! My opinion and feelings do not matter to management. I am a joke to them.

I would definitely recommend Elate as a place to consider if you’re 55 and likes the peace and quiet of the community. Great management and staff and reliable when help is needed. Although I do not get to take part on the many activities and events they offer because of my work schedule, I’ve heard good feedbacks about it. They have enough activities for everyone to enjoy

I've been living here almost 1 year and can't think of a better place to reside. Everything about the community, management and residents are positive. I've made a number of friends and look forward to living here in the future.

I have only been here 2 weeks but would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a senior community.
Amenities are not good here. Dog park is not used by anyone...no grass or play space for pets. Pool is kept way too cold. Only 5 women attend exercise pool class bc it's too cold. Classes used to be full when pool was warmer. Gym equipment is often broken and not geared for seniors. Most of us don't use amenities.
Great place to live and interact with other residents. Very comfortable apartment style living that is well maintained.

I've been a residence here going into 2 months and it has been remarkable not only are they professional polite take care of any of your matters immediately responds to all of your concerns communicate well but the property is maintained beautiful with care dignity and to be proud of being a part of such a remarkable property from the aesthetics to the way that they treat you in the front office I am so glad that I chose to come to this property and be a part of late rancho Cucamonga 55 plus senior property thank you to the management team and especially the maintenance crew that does a phenomenal job
