My concern is overall the rent increase tht seems to constantly increase tremendously every year now & no consideration for how long a tenant has resided here & the fact tht no personal upgrades are done while living here.. I understand the cost of living can increase but until Elate took over ownership, it's never ever been such a high increase every single lease renewal.. many people are upset about it & moving out because of this main issue..

I love my apartment but the lack of a dog park is ridiculous with all the available areas one could easily be installed with a fence and a few benches. My 10% renewal fees alone would pay a good portion! My opinion and feelings do not matter to management. I am a joke to them.

The apartment is lovely but the amenities are really sub-par.
I would definitely recommend Elate as a place to consider if you’re 55 and likes the peace and quiet of the community. Great management and staff and reliable when help is needed. Although I do not get to take part on the many activities and events they offer because of my work schedule, I’ve heard good feedbacks about it. They have enough activities for everyone to enjoy
