Amazing customer service. Amazing amenities. The pool and gym are awesome. Really friendly staff and neighbors. Quiet and peaceful I’m happy about my decision

Overall I’ve had a pretty pleasant experience here. I will say that things aren’t as crisp as they were when I first moved in, and it’s slowly becoming just a regular apartment. The staff used to host monthly socials to interact with other tenants and show appreciation, but I guess they’re over that now. It’s not that far from a lot of stuff in Denton, and the apartment complex is pretty nice, beware of the smell sometimes though (next to the dump).

Love living here . The community is beautiful and I love how my apartment feels like home . The leasing office made it so easy to transition from out of state , everything was done online and so easy . I love living here and would recommend the property to anyone .

Love it! So amazing and feels like such an amazing home! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the pool is so amazing, so many good spots to layout!

Good location near unt and near lots of stores but neighbors are dirty and stair cases that lead to the apartments are often dirty as well and rarely cleaned

I Just moved in and still trying to get settled into my new apartment as I have found issues they have been quickly been made aware and resolved Staff has been very helpful and friendly

Renewing our lease again because we love it here! Our apartment is gorgeous and we love the layout. The maintenance team is fantastic. We submit a problem and it is fixed same day!

The maintenance & property/leasing management team are always super friendly and accommodating concerning any questions or needs I may have. The location is prime- located directly across the street from many shopping centers that have all of your needs covered along with restaurants galore! The apartments are beautiful and laid out in a spacious manner. Elan Denton is a great place to call your new home!

Everything at this property is always good. Very happy with my new apartment and the staff that helped me get here. No Maintance issues. All is good

We have been at Elan Denton for almost 3 years and LOVE it here! Our apartment has great amenities and the maintenance crew is stellar. Any request we submit is completed within a couple of hours.

The community is just as great as it was when we first moved in! I have been utilizing the gym more often and it’s always super clean and quiet!

it has been awesome so far i have been here 3 months and dont have a single thing to complain about everyone is nice and quiet and i love how animal friendly it is i would recommend this to anyone!

It was okay the new management. Will never be like the old ones they were on top of everything and great. My only complaint are the parking and the trash

Compared to our last apartments, this community has been a huge upgrade.. the only part that gets frustrating is the Wifi going out constantly; otherwise this is a great community with peace and quiet

i am going on my 2nd year here and it feels like home. The neighbors are friendly and complex is quite. The staff are all professional and very attentive to your needs. I have looked at other apartments and feel like this place is the best for me.

It has been a very pleasant quiet clean community, The agent at the front office are just awesome really am happy. I want thank all staff. The offering at the lobby is beautiful clean having the pool open year around., it would been great if would of been a heated pool. But other then that I'm pleased with all.

It has been great ever since I moved in. Staff and maintenance are quick, attentive, and nice. Love all the details in my apartment with a nice view of the pool!

It’s very friendly community . It’s also dog friendly every walk there dogs around with no stress. Also very peaceful and relaxing. I like it.

Never a worry when you need Maintance. They are fast and dependable. I have several in my lifetime and so for this is the best. Never a worry if they will get the request or when they will be here. Notification sent make it all worry free.

My family is so happy to be at Elan Denton. We have been here over 2 years and have no plans to leave. Our apartment is wonderful. Any time we have to submit a maintenance request, it is completed almost immediately!

We love it here at Elan Denton! Our apartment layout is spacious, the appliances are top notch, the office staff is friendly, and our maintenance crew is top notch!

Overall I do like the community but there’s a lot of dog poop all around the property and they don’t have enough trash cans for residents to place their trash

Got our $500 with the look and lease special Elan had going on! So happy with our new home and can’t wait to buy something that will put the living room together!

My husband and I love living at Elan Denton. We have been living here for almost three years. We love going on daily walks around the neighbourhood, we feel safe. We would recommend this location !

The move in was smooth done in a professional manner and very efficiently. The staff ever smiling and helpful. Thank you Jamie and Gabriela for a worry free move.

Fetch package service is terrible, they don’t allow packages shipped to your door, the trash butler service forgets to get bags often, the dumpsters are always inaccessible due to trash piled around the gates, the internet goes out often, people don’t pick up after their pets, parking is sparse because towing isn’t enforced The staff is nice. That’s about it.

Nice place, internet connection is not great it stalls a lot. And management can improve enforcing the trash guidelines and noise on common areas.

They have such good customer service they really helpful for new comers that are getting there own apartment really great place to live in I love this place

Good community and nice area. I wish they cleaned the stair cases more, after a few weeks lots of spider webs, dog hair, bugs, etc take over if not maintained.

My wife and I have been living here for over 2 years and we love it here. Great amenities and the staff is very pleasant would recommend.

We absolutely love living here at Elan Denton, maintenance is always a quick turnaround, the communication on the property is great, and the amenities are amazing. We would love to see a playground on the property but maybe one day!

A very solid apartment community for a good price great for the amazing quality of build, lovely amenities, overall 9/10. This is a great community for couples who oriented toward job growth.

My apartment is so nice and spacious and I love it My favorite parts of the apartment is the closet in one of the bedrooms and laundry room My roommate and I have so much room in this spread out space

I just moved in less than a week ago so my opinion may not be the most valid, but from what I’ve seen so far Elan Denton has been very clean, respectful, and accommodating. They offer plenty of amenities, my room had good WiFi and was clean, although my balcony vent did have a screw missing. But besides that I have no complaints. Great place for the price.

This is a great place to live! I'm very happy with the complex and the management. The events for the residents are great and the people friendly. The complex is clean and pretty with nice landscape and amenities.

So far the leasing office has been very attentive and helpful throughout my experience from viewing apartments, to selecting a unit and even moving in. Although the whole delivery service fetch is inconvenient when it comes to larger packages being delivered during a move.

Elan has some of the best 1 bedroom layouts. It’s perfect for a couple looking for a nice space with decent amenities. Located next to dump so be aware of that. Leasing team is not great.
