Elan City Center is in a great location with proximity to the Glenwood South area, public transportation, shopping centers, and grocery stores. The apartments have a great layout that accommodates to all aspects of your home life. I've enjoyed living here for three years. Oakwood is a walkable neighborhood to many things and only 4-5 blocks from City Center. The location is convenient to bike to many places and trails. I appreciate the newer construction, my apartment is quiet and I don't hear any neighbors. Management and maintenance are accommodating, professional and responsive.

Elan City Center stay has been great experience also due to its management and maintenance team. Based on that experience we decided for longer stay. Wonderful location. Walking distance to downtown museums, restaurants, and bars while still also being with walking distance of quiet historic neighborhood.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

I love Elan City Center! The rooms are well laid out, are very spacious, and modern. The complex has a lot of amenities! I only wish we had some more in-person events, but everything else is great!

I am most satisfied with my choice to live at Elan City Center. It is across the street from my office, offers apartments with updated high end conveniences, has a pool, grill and picnic area, several gathering areas and a well equipped exercise room. The location is most convenient - walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. I could not be more satisfied. Keith

I’ve been at ECC for six wonderful months now and am so grateful to be here! The apartment is beautiful and was in perfect condition when I moved in. Many extras include pool and grilling area, beautiful “livingroom” decor downstairs including big screen TVs, billiards, Counter Culture coffee, printer access and more! At the center of it all, ECC’s wonderful staff (Aisling, Sara, Brianna and Justin)makes sure all is in place for great apartment living. Downtown location with many wonderful activities and shopping so close. Love it!

I have now been at Elan City Center for 4 months and am still highly satisfied. :-) My two bedroom, two bath apartment is large and was in pristine condition at move-in. Great appliances, many extras including USB charging on the island counter, very nice quality blinds, two large walk-in closets and more. The common area downstairs was my "home away from home" for several weeks until my house furnishings arrived, with flat screen TVs, games, wonderful Counter Culture coffee, printer access, more. The pool and surrounding area, including BBQs, is truly lovely. Last but not least, the location is awesome - so close to many downtown restaurants, parks, Historic Oakwood and a Publix about a minute away. Staff provides excellent support and maintenance issues are quickly and efficiently handled. I feel lucky to have found Elan!

I continue to greatly enjoy living here at Elan City Center. The location is phenomenal, right here in the Capitol District near Publix, Moore Square, Fred Fletcher and other parks, many great places to eat, Historic Oakwood and more! My apartment was in turn key condition when I moved in and staff (Sara, Aisling, Justin) have been more like family than staff - responsive, friendly, caring. Common areas are beautiful and well maintained; before I got my furniture and did my unpacking, the downstairs living area was like my home away from home with TVs, comfortable couches, printing capabilities and the wonderful Counter Culture coffee machine. The pool and surrounding area are beautiful with places to gather and grills to barbecue on. The list goes on! To sum it up, Elan CIty Center is an exceptional place to live!

Phenomenal location, decent amenities, short on cleanliness of the garbage area and pest control. Garage/remote access is highly fallible which can be frustrating on a too frequent basis. I hear every step of my upstairs neighbor plus music playing. Leasing office staff is marginally helpful but mostly to clear the docket/room, not necessarily to proactively resolve issues.

I love living at Elan City Center! The staff and residents are super friendly! The apartment is lovely as are the amenities. It truly feels like home, which cannot be said for every apartment building out there. The A leasing staff doesnt hurt either!!! Sara had us feeling at home before we even made it official!

I had a good experience with management. I had a good tour. I have only been living in my apartment for two weeks now and I already want to leave. I live on the fourth floor and cant get any sleep I only have one floor above me and constantly hear loud banging. I have lived in a high rise on the first floor and never heard a thing above me. The parking is terrible. The first floor is the only floor for visitors and it isnt a full floor its just a few spaces. The visitor spaces are completely full all the time. its embarrassing to tell my mother to park across the street alone in the dark and walk to visit me. My unit was pretty filthy and some of my cabinets and drawers are peeling. The trash chute closets are disgusting. The hallway carpets arent clean and most of the lights are out. The apartments are quite expensive for the improvements that are needed.

We recently moved to the Elan City Center and so far our experience has been great! Great location, great support staff for any issue or concern and they have a pet wash station and the best pet park area for dogs that was our huge main concern since all apartments in the area don't have a decent pet area for big dogs.

ECC has been an awesome place to land as I started a new job in Raleigh. Everyone is very polite and personable. COVID put a damper on things for sure, but I'm grateful to be in a clean and well-managed facility during the pandemic.

Tenants pay a required $25 “valet trash fee” each month. If you have too much trash or leave it out at the wrong time, someone will leave a note at your door. Many people end up taking their trash to a first floor disposal room where it piles up. A well kept kitchen isn’t enough to eliminate the presence of insects. Need to increase frequency of pest prevention rounds to justify the cost to tenants paying a monthly fee for this. Some units are designed in a way that makes bathroom access difficult without closing a bedroom or closet door first. Be prepared to buy a doorstop and navigate this. Lighting and air circulation are poor so plan to accommodate this with additional lighting and a box fan.

We regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We do offer residents the convenience of door to door trash service Sunday- Thursday evening with pick up currently starting between 5-7pm. We do request that only 2 bags of trash be placed out for pick up and do not weight more than 25 pounds. They also pick up recycling and cardboard boxes! The boxes do have to be broken down to be collected. While we do have restrictions, residents are welcome to take advantage of this service 5 nights a week! Preventative pest control service is also offered weekly by request. If you are experiencing a specific concern, please let us know and we can add you to our Thursday visit. We would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. We would like to have a better understanding about your experience. I have had a washing machine issue for the last couple of weeks. Our maintenance team, specifically Justin, has worked on our request and is, as always, quick to repair, explains what he did and what the expected outcome is, what to look for if there is further issue, and just overall excellent service. Elan exceeds any maintenance experience I have had in the last 28 years of adulthood.

Living at Elan City Center has exceeded my expectations. Having not lived in a downtown situation before, I am so very pleased of the cleanliness, friendliness, stylishness, and overall comfort and safety that I feel here. The staff is attentive and kind, and they work very diligently to see that all details are taken care of properly...and that is a tall order to care for such a large complex with so many people. Kudos to the staff!
