thump, thump, thump

yes, lots of great amenities but please don't have any misconceptions about the fact that you will be living in an apartment building. In case you forget, the constant thumping of the upstairs neighbors walking will serve as a reminder. The noise level is amazingly low from apartment to apartment but for some reason the floor in the apartments above have no insulation/sound absorption. Through three sets of different neighbors and we were able to hear all three walking around. God forbid you get someone with kids or a dog.

Elan At Dublin Station

The property is very well maintained and secured. Assigned parking spaces. Public transportation (BART) is a five minute walk from your home. An excellent location for commuting to work anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. Excellent school district for kids. Shopping malls, grocery stores and restaurants are within minutes from your home. Access to all major freeways.

Elan At Dublin Station

This condominium complex is located east of the San Francisco Bay Area. Only a 25 to 30 minute drive to all major cities in the Bay Area. Napa, Sonoma and the Livermore Wineries are just minutes away. Easy access to public transportation (BART) is only a five minute walk from your home. One, two and three bedrooms makes up this 257 unit complex. Equip with a State Of The Art workout room, sauna, two game rooms and two spacious community room for those special family events. Security is excellent. Security cameras have been installed in every lobby, guest and resident parking garage. Over 10 security cameras have also been installed on the exterior of the building. A five minute walk to Wholes Food, Nordstrom Rack and other major retailers makes Elan even more attracted community for your next home.
