My girlfriend and I have lived here a little over a year, and although we're running out of room in our little one-bedroom apartment, we're quite satisfied with the place. It's within a short walking distance of a liquor store, fast food restaurants, grocery store, MSU campus, as well as the downtown area (so you never need a cab if you're going to the bars). The management is super friendly and all the maintenance guys are really nice and take care of any problems you have in your apartment within a reasonable time. It's pet friendly, and your cable and water bill are included in the rent. All-around it's a great place to live.
